Skilfully converted by Mint Campers in Bristol, Thomas offers flexible and versatile accommodation, sleeping up to four in two fixed double bunk beds and has 5 belted seats. Weekend away without the little ones? Not to worry, the top bunk folds down to allow for extra storage and headroom.

Lay on a breakfast banquet for the whole family, with a two ring gas hob and an external gas point for you to connect a BBQ, Thomas has everything you need to cook a full english in style. He also comes fully stocked with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There will be no feeling blue in Thomas. His calming colour scheme partnered with his spacious interior, makes Thomas the perfect base for a relaxing getaway!

Whether you’re looking to settle in a campsite or venture off the beaten track with solar power, portable toilet and outdoor shower, Thomas is prepared for any kind of holiday! Warming up in the evenings is as simple as pressing a button, as Thomas comes fully equipped with his own gas heater. There is an abundance of storage to tidy away puzzles, board games and wellies. Get ready to take your family on an action packed adventure, as Thomas offers you the opportunity to bring your own bikes, paddleboards or even a raft; with his very own tow hitch and bike rack, there really are no limits!

About the Campervan

Description of Beds:. Thomas sleeps up to four people on two fixed double bunks beds. Both have reading lights and USB power points. The top bunk can be folded up to allow extra storage when travelling or headroom if there's just two of you in the van.

Description of Seating: Thomas has three belted seats in the front (including the drivers seat) with head rests and two further belted seats in the rear. All 5 seats have three point belts.

About the area: Thomas lives in Dagnall, Hertfordshire within the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whipsnade Zoo is 2 miles away and the National Trust Ashridge Estate borders the village of Dagnall. Other local attractions include Pitstone Windmill, Dunstable Downs and Whipsnade Tree Cathedral.

We can be found 15 minutes from either junction 11A or junction 9 of the M1, depending on your direction of travel.
Luton airport is 25 minutes away by car or taxi.

Parking: Thomas has a roomy driveway meaning there is a safe off road parking place for your vehicle while you hire Thomas.

Cooking Equipment: In addition to the two gas hobs inside, there is an external gas point so you can connect a gas BBQ or stove and cook outside.  Thomas has everything you could need to cook up a feast, including:  4 mugs | 2 thermal coffee cups | 4 plastic beakers | 4 wine glasses | 4 melamine bowls | 4 melamine dining plates | 4 melamine side plates | cutlery for 4 | 2 plastic chopping boards | electric kettle (1 litre) | large and small frying pan | large and small saucepan | 3 cooking spoons | 3 sharp knives | tin opener | corkscrew/bottle opener | stove-top espresso maker | colander | washing up drainer and small dustpan and brush.

He also comes stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and condiments.

Water Facilities: Thomas has a 66 litre capacity water tank and a water heater meaning you have hot running water in the sink and a hot shower attachment for use outside. The waste water tank is easily drained and there is an indicator light on the control panel to let you know when it's getting full.

Audio Equipment: Thomas has a digital radio, USB points throughout and Bluetooth connectivity.

Conversion Story: Thomas began his life carting builders materials and equipment job to job before being rescued by Marc and Louise. He has been lovingly and skilfully converted by Mint Campers of Bristol with a colour scheme chosen by Marc. Lined with birch ply having been insulated with sheep's wool, he is warm and cosy in the evening and has plenty of ventilation to keep things cooler on those warmer days.
