Overview and mechanics
We have owned her for just over 4 years, comes with a recent MOT with no advisories. No expense has been spared on any mechanical repairs (my Father, a HGV Mechanic has done all of the mechanical work on her so has been done to an exceptional standard). This is a rare example with a fully tiltable cab for easy repairs. Has always been serviced (please see full list below of all work we have done on her).

We have converted Vicky to have a fully open plan layout. Originally it was a horsebox with a living section and horse section. Both interior walls have been cut out and left the interior steel bar across the roof for added strength.

The aluminium floor throughout has been left, with 8mm ply on top, followed by 50mm batons and 50mm Celotex insulation throughout the walls and floor for the whole length of the vehicle. On top of the insulation on the floor we laid 18mm OSB floor boards and then heavy duty grey stone lino. The walls have also been reinforced with 50mm baton and cladded with 8mm ply slats, all professionally cut to measure.

Vehicle has 3x brand new tyres and 2x front tyres fitted 3 years ago. All marker lights rewired and replaced. Side fairings repaired and renewed with aluminum sections. All lights working, head light board repaired and horse ramp working. Low fuel consumption on motorway runs and pulls well in every gear. Very nimble and solid on motorway, cab has no knocks or rattles. Very solid.

Fantastic vehicle, taxed as a private HGV (£185 p/year) insured as horsebox (£200 p/year).

Selling due to a relocation, this is a very hard sale for us and has been a true labor of love for the last 3 years. She has been completely transformed inside, and in order to be off-grid would only require solar panels and an oven. All the “hard work” has been done, and you can comfortably stay in her at a campsite (with an electric hook up) straight away. The insulation means we have not experienced damp or mould in her over the last 3 years. We hope someone can see this as an amazing opportunity. She deserves to see the world and would comfortably take you anywhere. Perfect if you are looking for a quick easy project to use this summer. Would only need a couple of weeks to make her off-grid.

Bedroom and Sofa area
The blinds are 1m wide IKEA insulated black out, pull down blinds (one had to be removed but can provide the exact reference so they can all be the same).
Padding next to bed has 100m roof insulation rolls behind fabric. 2m wide custom made, insulated and blackout curtain in same fabric as padding. Cab cut out through (rare) and also insulated and covered in matching fabric to the padding.
The space above the cab is fully insulated and big enough for another double mattress.
The bed frame is custom built for a King Size mattress. Has a split open bed boards for easy access and storage. Underneath the bed is a 250L fresh water tank, never been used, connected to a brand new High Flow water pump installed. JD speed fit 15mm piping hidden under bed and kitchen units to the sink at the back of the vehicle. Also included, new (used only a handful of times) £500 IKEA orthopedic King Size mattress.
2.4m wide L-shape sofa with piano hinge openings for more storage. Under sofa is a 5000W diesel heater connected to 2x12V MAN batteries, 120AH each. Diesel heater is connected to the vehicle diesel tank underneath the body so will never run dry and easy to fill up.

Shower Room
Shower cubicle is 900x900mm with porcelain shower tray and grey water waste pipe connected under the floor to sink waste behind the fridge. Comes with a new shower unit (£120 brand new, still in box), would need fitting. Some sort of waterproofing on the cubicle would need to be done before installing the shower.

Kitchen
Kitchen is 4.6m wide with a 600mm opening for a free standing cooker of your choice. Worktops are IKEA, matching to the floor lino. Walls painted in Dulux Heritage lightshade purple/grey. Kitchen cupboards all custom cut from 24mm OSB, varnished and painted to match the walls. Soft close cupboards and draws. Plenty of storage for kitchen and pantry items. Fridge installed, with B&Q sink and flexi tap (no leaks).

French Doors **extremely rare**
At the rear of the vehicle are double mahogany brown PVC French doors built on a custom made solid wood frame, waterproofed and insulated, lockable from the inside. PVC cladding on the outside for extra weather proofing. Ramp still there, which tucks away the French doors. Perfect if you want some privacy or if you are somewhere beautiful and want to enjoy view. With the ramp down it allows a lot of natural light through. Although if you are at a camp site be prepared for a lot of compliments. The vehicle has a very open plan studio vibe. All natural colours inside for a relaxed chic feel. Unique selling point, absolutely rare for this type of vehicle, obviously no leaks, and weatherproof.

Roof
Roof has 17 custom cut 8mm ply board sections, varnished and 100m roof insulation.

Mechanical work completed
Over the years we have spent over £5000 on the mechanical aspect of her. The last couple of years, no major jobs needed as we spent 2 years prior to this concentrating on restoring her mechanically. Last MOT was in December 2024 with no advisories (also no advistories in 2023).
