Selling my baby, she’s been lovingly converted over the last two years. Need the money to start a family.
She’s a short wheel base and under 2 meters, so fits into all carparks, you can take her pretty much anywhere.
Having the bed in the roof means you never have to worry about rearranging your living space. You can rock up on site, pop the top and jump straight into bed. This also leaves all the storage accessible, unlike the standard rock and roller bed setup.
This also leaves room for a full table setup, giving you the opportunity to sit comfortably with friends even if the weather turns. (let’s face it, it’s Britain after all)
There is a porta potti under the bench (never been used, with unopened chemicals ready to go)
The bodywork is in fairly good condition. It’s had no major damage as far as I’m aware, I’ve had some deep marks repaired recently, there are some area’s with a few very small pressure dents (not really noticeable) and some areas where the previous owner has had some marks repaired (let me know and I can try and photograph these).
Interior all finish to high spec, solid oak worktops. LPG gas stove. 10L submersible pump sink setup. Mini fridge runs on 12v system. Leisure battery with split charge relay. Mains hookup with 4 x 240v sockets.
Plenty of storage under seats and under countertops.
Pop top roof with pull down double bed, memory foam mattress. (Please Note) This won’t be suitable for everyone as there is a minimum level of agility needed to be able to climb in, as with all pop top roof beds. I find it no trouble and my friends kids jump in there easily but I could see how some people might find it testing, my mum for instance who is 65 and has a dodgy hip would find it impractical.
Removable table.
Vehicle is top spec – Air con, heated seats, CD player, Bluetooth, auto wipers and lights, electric mirrors, headed windshield.

There is a pull down bed in the roof, surprisingly comfortable given the depth of the mattress. This sleeps 2 adults. There is a large sofa seat 600mm x 1220mm that could fit a child but measures would need to be taken to make sure they don’t roll off (potentially the table could do this when in it’s lowest position).
The roof bed requires an amount of scrambling to get into (not much more difficult than crawling into a tent) but a certain level of agility IS required so please consider this if you have any issues in that department.
