Comes with water system and pump, solar panel, batteries, electric hook-up, 12v and 240v circuit , double swivel seat, Fridge freezer, 2 way fan, sky vent, ladder on the back, blue and white and copper theme inside. Just short of a Super king mattress and garage space under bed.

There is some panelling that needs finishing around the door and a bit of painting, (paint supplied) but this doesn’t stop it being used. We used it for 2 months travelling around the UK and was amazing. Really sad to see it go.
Lovingly converted and carefully considered design. For example, all electrics and water pipes can be accessed with ease (just in case).
The space was designed for 2 adults of average height, for a mixture of wild and campsite camping. Specially for 2 months traveling around the UK.
I have receipts for the large majority of items purchased.
Just short of a king size fixed mattress, memory foam. Better nights sleep in the van than the house!
