Used and nice camper for anyone that would like to get affordable motorhome

This is what ment to me done with it planned on redoing it for our family use but unfortunately we have to sell it as life got in a way and there will be no time so this lovely campervan has to go.
It is usable just need DIY attention and some TLC.
It been sat there a a while but I did start it and drove it home when I got it.
It starts, drives.
Needs good servicing and cleaning up, breaks work but would benefit with cleaning as it was
Not used awhile now.
Engine runs lovely and strongly , no unexpected nasty smokes or knocks.
Healthy diesel engine sound- it has done only reasonable 131 000miles wich is nothing for these engines.
-It has Fiamma awning retractable on site
-Refrigirator
-Sink/water tank
-gas cooker /gas bottle
-Truma water heater
-Power inverter so AC power and power socket
–
TV and areal
-large double bed
-storage below and cabinets above cab and in kitchen area.
-portable toilet
-bench with storage and foldable table
-mobile steps for use when stationary
-hook up points for water and electric
Main and leassure battery.
This motorhome is a-good base
For anyone that is looking to get original /not converted motorhome but same time is keen to either refit it to own needs and vision for not very much investment or someone that would simply tidy it up a-bit and use it.
(That is what we intended to do but now have to let it go)
No MOT currently But van passed last 2MOT Tests and since it was not in use and sat on the drive AND IT EXPIRED.
(I got it and drove it home but has been parked here too.
It was project to refit for me and my family but baby changed our planes)
