ELECTRICS:
12V Electrics, with leisure battery, split charge relay and solar panels, inverter, 240v electrics with Hook-up if needed.
All electrics run from 2 x 100ah AMG 12v leisure batteries that are charged by the engine and 2 x large 100w monocrystalline solar panels and a Victron energy MPPT Controller for total off grid. Solar panels and battery state can be monitored and controlled via an App installed on the Android Tablet(included in sale).
There is a 1000 W pure sine inverter fitted for charging of laptops and running main powered appliances.
There is also the option of using hook up at campsites if needed but completely capable of off grid living.
CONTENTS:
An adjustable solid oak table which can be lowered down to create an extra sleeping area for a child. Hollow benches provide deep storage beneath the seats.
Kitchen is hand crafted with a solid oak worktop, under cupboard LED lights, and a stylish black glass covered gas hob.
A built in microwave and silent running fridge.
Upper cupboards along the length of the van plus lower cupboards with shelves and drawers.
The hob is run from a refillable LPG gas system. No complicated switching of gas cylinders. Simply fill up at any petrol station around the UK and Europe that has an LPG (Autogas) pump, much easier and a lot cheaper. LPG tank level is also monitored by a Bluetooth app on the included Android tablet. So you always know how much LPG gas is left.
The sink is supplied by a 25L water tank and is accessed from the outside for ease of filling via the inlet funnel or a hosepipe. The wastewater is also collected here for ease of emptying.
A separate marine wood hand finished shower. The shower water can be solar heated or you can use the gas hob to heat your water as needed.
The shower unit is portable and can also be used outdoors, ideal for on the beach or muddy paws.
An easy to use flushable cassette toilet. No need to worry about finding facilities on a campsite or while on the road. This fully sealable toilet is odour free and easy to use and empty.
The bed is a luxury memory foam double bed. Bedding is also supplied.
Lots of storage under the bed for your cases and other bulky items. (room for our 2x adult mountain bikes!)
A comfortable seating/dining area which can double up for a childβs bed.

The van is well insulated throughout with independent diesel heater for your comfort.
A professionally fitted reversing camera for easy manoeuvring, fitted by BASE systems in Preston.
2 x USB charging pods to easily charge your iPad/tablet or phone.
The van has been officially down rated to 3500kg and a converter’s plate attached to the drivers door pillar making it legal to insure and drive on a standard UK drivers license.
Paintwork can do with a refresh as there is evidence as her past life as a minibus. We have not felt the need to do anything about this as it did not bother us. There is no rust on the bodywork or underneath.
