Being a H3 van, there is excellent head height creating a fantastic feeling of space and the van can comfortably accommodate those who are 6ft or over (husband is 6ft4, so H3 was incredibly important when purchasing our van!). The layout comprises of a fully fitted kitchen (unit 130cmx80cm – 60cm depth- loads of space for cooking and prep) – including a Dometic Waeco CRX80 CoolMatic Compressor 12/24 fridge/freezer, Thetford topline 2 burner gas hob, and full size stainless steel sink (37cm x 44cm) with cold water tap. There is ample storage for provisions and kitchen gear, including 2 overhead cupboards with storage boxes and inner split shelves, an under-the-sink cupboard, and 5 soft close drawers. In addition, there are 3 spice racks and 2 hanging stainless steel storage buckets. Small extractor fan above kitchen and 10L waste water under sink – easy to remove and dispose of. Kitchen is designed with exposed 18mm ply and painted fronts. Basic kitchen supplies included – new pots (x2) and 2 frying pans, chopping board, basic utensils, cutlery set and enamel plates, bowls and mugs. Bulkhead storage also available for those extra bits and bobs.

In the kitchen area/front of living area, there is a swivel base on the 2 passenger seats in the cab to allow comfortable seating/sofa in the living area. In addition, there is a storage box/stool for extra seating and a Lagun swiveling leg table with 2 mounting points in the living area (one for passenger seats/sofa and one on bed front – which can become a bed top table, additional kitchen work surface or dining area in front of sliding door).

The bedroom area consists of a fully fixed raised double bed (again perfect for those slightly taller). Along the left side of the bed, there is a resting side ledge which lifts up to reveal a useful storage box (190cm x 20cm). For clothes storage, there are 2 sizeable overhead cupboards (soft close hinges), and under the bed drawers (x4). There are two bookshelves, one in the fitted overhead cupboards, and one wall mounted on the right side of the bed. A Dometic Heki mini skylight – 40cm x 40cm (mosquito net and blackout blind attached) – provides fantastic light and ventilation. The van is also fitted out with black out curtains – back doors, side door and cab separator.
Additionally, we have a home cinema set up with a 50inch pulldown screen above bulkhead and fantastic quality Anker Nebula Capsule projector (RRP£479.99) – can use with wifi for Netflix or attach storage device/hard drive.

Finally, under the bed is a large garage area where 70L fresh water tank, electrical system and Propex heater (LPG gas) are installed. There is also ample storage space – room for bikes (quick release wheels advised). Two camping chairs included.

The van has been well insulated with Dodo Mat fleece and thermal/vapour barrier and there is a Propex heater making it nice and toastie in winter!

Our van has definitely been a labour of love and we are sad to part with her, but we will be relocating to Australia later this year, so we hope we can pass her on to a good home/owners to make more amazing memories/adventures!
