50A ABSO DC to DC charger – charges leisure battery from van starter battery while driving
HUGE 260Ah Xtreme AGM Leisure Battery – 4 years warranty – we never ran this below 90% charge with moderate use

MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe (RRP £329) – located above bed, has in-built rain cover for safe use on rainy days, remote control with multiple settings (inc. thermostat), can bring air in or take it out (handy when cooking!)

Cooking/heating:
Wallas XCDuo diesel hob/heater (RRP £1700)
The Wallas system allows you to cook and heat the van in a much safer and more convenient way than standard gas/LPG systems. It runs on diesel, which is easily found all around the UK and Europe, without the need for fiddly LPG re-fill adapters. The unit comes with a 10 litre diesel tank which lasts for a very long time, as the Wallas is extremely economical, using between 0.09 and 0.19 litres per hour of cooking/heating.

Fully waterproof wet room with WetWall tiled shower panels and yellow shower curtain; shower drains straight out the bottom of the van which is fine if you are using biodegradable soap, if not it is easy enough to put a bucket/container under!
Two options for showering that will be included in sale (see below). These two options give you versatility for showering inside or outside the van, as well as rinsing muddy boots/dogs, sandy feet etc.
Quechua Pressure Solar Camping Shower (10 litres) – hand pump
Colapz Rechargeable Camping Shower with trigger jet head and shower head + carry case
Toilet – toilet seat with urine diverter installed, just need to add containers – can be easily converted into a low cost, home-made composting toilet (we just never got round to it!)
Will also include brand new, never used ‘Kampa Kazi’ portable camping toilet that fits under the front bench seat.

Storage:
LOADS of storage – wardrobe with hanging rail and lightweight pull-out IKEA drawers which double as laundry baskets (can zip up and take out/away)
Plenty of storage in ‘garage’ area under the bed – can fit bikes in with front wheels taken off (front fork locks installed for secure transport)
Storage under benches in the front with baskets for easy organisation
Overhead cabinets above kitchen and bed – lots of storage for food/kitchen items (plastic IKEA boxes and wire baskets included)
Storage above cab – large space for blankets, bedding, books and other bits and bobs
Kitchen storage: 2 x standard IKEA drawers, 1 x large IKEA drawer, magnetic catches and door bolts to stop them opening while driving; 2 x cupboards, one containing grey water tank, the other containing the 10 litre diesel tank for the cooker, plus plenty of space for a bin etc.

Bedroom:
Fixed bed with standard double bed width and approx. 170 cm length – IKEA slats, mattress and mid-beams, which allows for air to circulate (prevents your mattress from going mouldy!)
As the bed is quite high, we have installed two climbing holds for easy access

Living area/other:
Fiamma 400×400 roof vent at front with mosquito net
1x window on side – privacy tinted, with curtain
Walls – pine cladding, painted white
Ceiling – pine cladding finished with warm oak tinted Danish oil
Beautiful hand-finished live edge solid oak shelf in living area and matching small shelf by overhead cabinets
C-channel for awning fitted on side – will include barely used Wild Earth awning/sun canopy in sale, super lightweight and easy to put up
Insulation: 25mm Recticel boards underneath the floor, 100% recycled plastic wool insulation throughout
Corkboard ‘escape hatch’ between living area and cab
Handmade tabletop on swivel leg – can position to where it’s needed, or easily removed to open up the seating area

Security and safety:
XLock Steering Wheel lock – bright yellow, good visual deterrent!
Centinel Clutch Claw (RRP £120) – locks clutch pedal, makes it impossible to drive off
Rewire Security GPS Tracker 104 PRO – with the GPSLive smartphone app the device allows you to monitor van’s location and movement
