Cooking/heating:
Wallas XCDuo diesel hob/heater (RRP £1700)
The Wallas system allows you to cook and heat the van in a much safer and more convenient way than standard gas/LPG systems. It runs on diesel, which is easily found all around the UK and Europe, without the need for fiddly LPG re-fill adapters. The unit comes with a 10 litre diesel tank which lasts for a very long time, as the Wallas is extremely economical, using between 0.09 and 0.19 litres per hour of cooking/heating.

Two options for showering that will be included in sale (see below). These two options give you versatility for showering inside or outside the van, as well as rinsing muddy boots/dogs, sandy feet etc.

LOADS of storage – wardrobe with hanging rail and lightweight pull-out IKEA drawers which double as laundry baskets (can zip up and take out/away)
Plenty of storage in ‘garage’ area under the bed – can fit bikes in with front wheels taken off (front fork locks installed for secure transport)
Storage under benches in the front with baskets for easy organisation
Overhead cabinets above kitchen and bed – lots of storage for food/kitchen items (plastic IKEA boxes and wire baskets included)
Storage above cab – large space for blankets, bedding, books and other bits and bobs
Kitchen storage: 2 x standard IKEA drawers, 1 x large IKEA drawer, magnetic catches and door bolts to stop them opening while driving; 2 x cupboards, one containing grey water tank, the other containing the 10 litre diesel tank for the cooker, plus plenty of space for a bin etc.
Bedroom:
Fixed bed with standard double bed width and approx. 170 cm length – IKEA slats, mattress and mid-beams, which allows for air to circulate (prevents your mattress from going mouldy!)
As the bed is quite high, we have installed two climbing holds for easy access
Living area/other:
Fiamma 400×400 roof vent at front with mosquito net
1x window on side – privacy tinted, with curtain
Walls – pine cladding, painted white
Ceiling – pine cladding finished with warm oak tinted Danish oil

Handmade tabletop on swivel leg – can position to where it’s needed, or easily removed to open up the seating area
