This van has been well loved and served us well as both a family car and a campervan on the weekend / holidays, we have recently purchased a caravan and new tow car meaning the van is no longer used. Being a Kombi, it has 6 belted seats with Isofix on the rear row. The rear seats are also fully removable giving you a full van load space, great for trips to Ikea or moving house. We found this van to be the perfect balance of a family car and campervan, the load space is so versatile it means you will always be able to use it for the purpose you require.

This van is the spec that most people look for and I searched for quite a while to find it. It’s a highline so comes with A/C, cruise control, electric windows, tinted rear windows, parking camera and sensors, auto lights, auto wipers, heated front screen, touch screen infotainment system etc. It also has a factory fitted detachable tow bar with both 13pin or 7pin electrics. The van also benefits from Bilstein coilovers and H&R anti-roll bars meaning the van now drives like a car with virtually no body roll and making for a much more pleasurable drive. On top of this a number of Transporter HQ upgrades, including their LED headlights and rear lights giving far superior vision when driving at night.

We have had some great trips in this van, France, Germany and Austria to name a few. The van converts to a full double bed downstairs and will sleep two in the pop top. It has an Erberspacher diesel heater that is plumbed into the fuel tank with a programmable thermostat (this has kept us toastie warm at -5 in the German Alps). It has full campervan electrics for using on-site EHU (hook up point is hidden under the bonnet) or a 12v system that you can use off grid with the inverter, including a 100w solar panel on the roof to keep the 110AH battery topped up. The van is also fitted with a CTEK battery management system which charges the leisure battery and the starter battery while driving and also manages the solar charging. All this is monitored by a NASA BM-1 monitor that will tell you how much power you are using and how long you have left. We used a 230v chest fridge on our trips that run 24/7, hoovers, phone charging, air fryers etc and never had any power concerns. We use a Vango Hexaway driveaway air awning with the van, this connects to the Reimo awning rail, this may also be for sale.
