Conversion Description
Fully off-grid, all weather, self-contained, lovingly converted, comfortable, cosy, camper.

The attraction of the off-grid campervan is that you can wild camp without the need to plug-in to the mains supply.

There is a Netgear aircard (WiFi) system in the van with an external aerial which greatly increases the WiFi signal strength.

The 8kw diesel heater is fed directly from the van’s fuel tank, this blows out warm air and allows you to make the most of your campervan even on winter days.

There is a Truma Therma TT2 hot water system which can be heated by the diesel heater or electrical hook-up.

The van walls, roof and floor are insulated with celotex/expanding foam and rockwool there is also a foil backed bubble wrap vapor barrier, this keeps the van warm in winter and cool in summer.

A MAXXFAN top deluxe remote controlled roof vent is fitted. This is a complete motorhome ventilation system with rain protection and can be set to intake or exhaust. It can be thermostatically programmed to come on at a set temperature and in conjunction with the rear Fiamma roof light provides airflow throughout the van to keep you and your pets cool.

For safety a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm have been fitted.

Two privacy tinted windows fitted, one with a sliding opener . One window has a black pleated style blind whilst the other has black-out curtains.

A three stage touch-light on entry to the van is very handy when returning in the dark. You can leave this on blue setting as a background light during the night.There is a Thetford Porta Potti which is on a easily accessible slide-out unit under the seat.

There is a robust 12v system that will supply all your power needs. On the roof there is a large 400w HiMo5 split cell solar pv panel, fed via an isolator switch to a EPEVER MPPT solar controller. This supplies power to two 130ah leisure batteries. There is a battery isolator switch which cuts the power when not in use. There is a switch control panel with four USB chargers and two cigarette style sockets . A 3000w full sine wave inverter provides mains 240v ac to a socket when off-grid, this can be used to charge laptops /hair dryer etc and run the microwave (which is included). There is also an electrical hook-up on the van which feeds three sockets, supplied via a 2-way RCD consumer unit. There is a 12v HD LED 24 inch Smart TV so you can stream Netflix/Disney+/iPlayer etc via the WiFi system. The TV is mounted on an adjustable wall bracket so you can view it from the bed or the seating area. All internal lighting is 12v LED, in total there are 4 spot lights, 2 switched adjustable spot lights, 2 led strip lights and a three stage touch light. There is a Sterling Battery to Battery charger that charges leisure batteries whilst the engine is running .

Kitchen
Plenty of storage cupboards including two overhead cupboards, a cutlery drawer, a pull-out pantry storage unit, a large drawer under the sink and over cab storage. Solid oak worktop with a fitted belfast sink and brushed steel effect mixer tap with pull-out hose. A two-ringed Lavanda gas hob, fed by a Campingaz bottle in a vented steel gas safe. The MAXXFAN is fitted above the gas hob for use when cooking. There is a fitted 50ltr Dometic CRX50 compressor fridge/freezer and a 56 ltr on-board fresh water tank with a 40 ltr grey water tank ,drained from an external tap. The hot water heater feeds the sink and an external shower (rear of the van). There is also a cold water shower at the van side door for those muddy boots or mucky dogs.The microwave is housed on a plinth with a storage drawer underneath and a LED strip light above.

Dining Area
Two comfortable foam upholstered seats and a slide-out table make a lovely place to sit and eat, play games or ‘work from home’. This easily converts to a single bed by pulling out the large storage box under the bed and laying out the padded seats.

Bedroom
A comfortable mattress with a padded bedhead which is back-lit with LED strip lighting. There are two independently operated reading lights either side of the bed. A Fiamma roof light allows ventilation and has a fly-screen and black-out blind.

Double bed size is 139cm x 183cm. Single bed size is 69cm x 176cm.

Garage Area
Accessed from the rear of the van and has plenty of room for all your essential items for your chosen adventure: hiking, biking etc. The large storage box can be removed if you need more garage storage space or need room for a pet. A cold or hot shower is fitted at the rear of the van.
