1 owner from new, serviced every 15,000 miles. I have taken the limiter off now (was limited to 65mph).

Diesel with Adblue, 2.0 eco blue boost model. Mark 8 L3H2 Ford Transit.

Parking sensors, factory fitted ford towbar, crash collision alert (when you get too close to something), got loads of extras, one down from the top model when I purchased this.

Registered 31st Jan 2020 (a month before the new reg).

Brand new didnt want to open them just for the pictures. Give you A idea of what it can look like for the off grid shower.

Comes with DAB Bluetooth radio, airbags, leather seats, multiple charging outlet, stop start eco mode and all the other usual ford refinements.

Ford fitted tow bar.

Front and rear sensors for parking/anti collision.

Tyres all like new.

Just been fully serviced and all fluids topped up/replenished.

BAD POINTS:

1) There are three areas with little dings and was quoted £400 to have them pulled out and polished but the price does reflect this.

2) You will need a gas bottle. Connectors there and wire for the tap. Need a water butt.

That’s it! no other issues.

GOOD POINTS:

Mechanically this van is in tip top condition, whenever it needed anything I replaced it as had to keep to the terms and conditions of the warranty. Serviced every 15,000 miles without fail.

Has a gas cooker, fridge, off grid shower system, portable toilet, 1 double queen bed and 1 single bed (was originally designed for a man and his large dog!)

Very spacious and different to most conversions as I wanted loads of storage and a simple easy to use system. Didn’t want floor to wall units as most I looked at felt cramped.

Everything is brand new and never used, kept the sheet on the mattress so you know its new.

The lights run off batteries so no stress about falling asleep with them on! Fridge runs of the split charge.

The off grid shower system runs off a cig charge which I’ve extended the leads so you have loads of extra wiggle room. Comes with the curtains and overhead water proof protectors so you can shower in private!

You will need to purchase a gas bottle for the cooker as have not got one.

Has a portable gas heater (brand new) with some gas canisters. You can get a diesel heater fitted for around £300 but I’m not a fan of them personally hence why I didn’t bother. The van is full insulated and gets warm very quick.

Cab divider curtains installed.

Nice little storage bench seat to sit out and look on sunny days!

Has fire extinguisher (expired Jan 26) and a first aid kit.

Table can be adjusted down to make another bed.

The van mechanically is spot on and flew through its MOT with no advisories.

No unwarranted noises, any mechanical or AA inspection welcomed and encouraged.

Drives really nice and is very smooth.

This is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned and will be sad to see her go. Drives really nice and smooth. very quiet engine these 2.0 eco boost.

Comes with a full tank of Ad Blue (you need to top this up to help reduce the emissions)

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU WISH TO TEST DRIVE I WILL NEED TO SEE VALID INSURANCE.

Currently storage in a secure compound so happy to take you for a drive from there and you can have a little go in the yard but cant risk it being confiscated for no insurance! It is currently tax insured (to me) and MOT. Tax can stay on until the end of the month.

£35 per month road tax. Great on fuel.
