4 Berth Family Camper part conversion to add your stamp!!

This is a cracking van, runs like a dream, with no mechanical issues (plus we will be putting a new MOT on for the buyer). It has been partially converted to include full insulation, two side windows, a fixed double bed at the rear, plus two bunk beds, maxx air fan, and a kitchenette. The van is currently a great base for someone to make it their own and add the finishing touches in time for Summer. Or it can easily be used now, and worked on gradually if desired.

It was our intention to finish this conversion for family trips away; however, very unfortunately my young autistic son has decided he will not step foot in it (if you know, you know!). This has completely squashed our dreams, as there is obviously no way we can go away without him. We have therefore made the difficult decision to cut our losses and hope that someone else can finish it off and make use of it over the Summer! This van has the potential to be amazing and also very profitable if finished off to a high spec.

Please bear in mind this is a project and there are still a number of things to be completed:
– Side door needs finishing
– Cabinets need adding
– Front bulk head needs finishing. Dependant on preference, swivel bases could be added to front seats and a table added
– Electrical system to be tidied up & finished (*unchecked system)
– There is currently no water system, however personally our preference was to use a couple of large jerry cans and a portable sink. This mitigates various problems that often occur with water pipes being left for long periods of time unused. However, a full water system could easily be installed.

We feel we have priced it very fairly, as we’d love for it to have some use for this Summer!
