Full habitation check finished today 28th June now includes electricity as well as gas ect.
We brought van part done ie electrics gas and water, we then added a 4ft bed and 2 rear seat belted seats dining table and is now a 4 seater, and a area with a shower basing in we use to store toilet until on site and then move it to tent, this room could easily be turned into a small shower unit if desired.
The unit that could be used as a shower would need the wall plastic coated to water proof it.
The air conditioning could do with a top up as started to get a bit warmer and not as cold as last year.
Body work is ok for a 2010 van but there area flew scuffs and dents but not to obvious, a few bits could do with a tidy up though.
This is a self build not a professional build so definitely not perfect.
Van is habitation checked and passed and ready to be used now for holidays. We have loved having it but due to a new baby we will not get to use it for the next couple of years so have decided to put it up for sale, as we do not want it just sitting there not being used as its such as waist of a great campervan.
4ft fixed double bed, there is anothe space to also make a small bed at front with minimal work.
