Previously a Joiners van which I self converted, will provide photos from start to finish upon request to see the levels of installation of the fit out. Sadly selling due to life circumstances changing.
Happy to provide as much information as needed upon request
An ex Joiners van which I completely stripped back to basics, I’m a joiner by trade so had the necessary experience with the internal fittings. Please see below a full list of jobs undertaken to get the van to its current specification.
Removed all internal linings in the van
Sound deadened the floor, wheel arches and internal panels along with the ceiling with sound deadening foil butyl proofing mat sheet
Insulated the van with Kingspan sheets in the rear panels and then with campervan insulating foam closed cell adhesive rolls
New ply wood down on the floor of the van to create a sturdy base to work off
Installed 12v cables to supply the electrics in the structure of the van which power the following. 4 spotlights in ceiling, LED strip light under cabinets and in bulkhead above front seats
Installed solar panel onto the roof of the van to power, does not have 240v hook up as we didn’t feel it was necessary for a micro camper
Installed 2 ABS LXD110 dual purpose leisure batteries 110ah deep cyclic
Carpet lined the van in smoke colour
laid Karndean loose lay flooring into the base of the van
Installed rear blackout curtains in the barn door windows
Manufactured the bench/bed seating with planed timber to create the pull out bed system
Installed ex display kitchen cabinets into the left side of the van for storage with 4 Melamine shaker doors in Porcelain
installed 25mm solid oak counter top onto the units
Cladded the bench/bed seating with matching melamine panel
Bespoke cushions made to fit dimensions from foam and covers in Alpaka cloud
Installed 2 points for USB ports along with a 12V point to use at the rear of the cabinets
We’ve added a few accessories into the van which we’re happy to sell/include with the van including the following
12v Plug in fan
Front window thermal mats that help reflect heat and also keep it dark in the night
Team Heko wind deflectors
Alpicool fridge/freezer
Roof rack is optional however we find it handy for paddleboard and extra storage to be strapped above when on road trips
The bed is a pull out bed that slides away to form a sofa seat, when extended the bed reaches approximately 2m in length and a width of 1.5m
