Very well looked after by current owners. 6 speed manual gearbox with very smooth transmission. Regular maintenance throughout it’s life, last full service on 04/09/24. New front tyres and spare and vehicle battery all with warranty from ATS on 24/09/24 (less than 100 miles driven on these). New glow plugs, fuel lines flushed and injectors reprogrammed on 22/04/24 and since then the van runs like a dream and is a pleasure to drive and easily fits into a regular carpark space. All MOT advisories have been addressed, all receipts are available for proof – next MOT due 29/01/25. Underseal has been treated with Lanoguard to preserve bodywork. Professionally fitted after market alarm system by Southern motor security controlled by key fob (paperwork and alarm code if ever needed will be supplied). After market audio system fitted professionally by ASC Audio, includes Pioneer 360 DAB for wireless (or wired) connection to Android Auto and Apple Car Play, also upgraded speakers with ‘Kicker’ floor fitted subwoofer and small shark fin aerial; a really worthwhile upgrade to original Ford radio – parking sensors and visual display still available as are all steering wheel controls.
Professionally converted in 2022 by ‘Berkshire Pop Tops’ this versatile van has everything you need for a quick overnight stay to a long sunny Eurocamp trip or hiking in the highlands off grid. It is so easy to drive and manoeuvre and having the option to use the solar panel or electric hook up means you can use it anywhere. Exceptionally well looked after by the current owners who have kept the interior spotlessly clean. Mattress is comfortable with no signs of wear and has always been protected with a mattress protector that was made to measure, also will supply the 2 made to measure quality cotton sheets that are in A1 condition.

Diesel night heater with thermostatic controls via console. 130 amh AGM leisure battery with split charge (battery to battery). Sargent 240v/12v electric management system. 120W slim profile roof mounted solar panel. Over rear wheel arch 24L water tank with ‘Shurflo’ RV fresh water pump. Rear shower point with trigger operated shower hose/head. High quality ‘Skyline’ Pop Top roof with marine grade material and storm protect flaps over zipped window openings. 2 side windows with fly guards, front clear PVC picture window – ability to unzip the whole front section to give full panoramic views. (Pop top roof can accommodate a full length bed – not fitted currently to this van). Wall and floor insulation with wall felt/carpeting and quality floor with no signs of wear. Extra single seat built in front of bed that houses the Thetford Portaloo. Front bench seat swivels to allow couch seating in rear and can enable indoor dining if needed as swivel table fixes onto side of loo seat and table can swing between couch and seat or round to the kitchen area for extra prep space (table stored on bulk head end of kitchen behind drivers seat). Swivel base has been crash tested by manufacturer (certificate supplied/MOT compliant).
Interior colour scheme was carefully chosen to keep the space light and airy. There are many USB sockets in the cab and rear of vehicle. 4 x 240v sockets (including garage space), 3 x 12v sockets (including garage space), 2 flexible over bed reading lights with integrated USB sockets, 5 ceiling LED lights.
Garage fixed gas locker with correct signage and securing straps, gas venting incorporated in garage floor.
This van is currently used with either a sun awning and air windbreak or a Vango air awning for longer trips with drive away capability *these items are not included in the sale but a price could be negotiated if you need the extra break out room that we have found very useful. All items are in A1 condition and have always been thoroughly cleaned and packed carefully after each use. Also Sharp smart TV is not included but a price could be negotiated for TV and bracket fixing to rear of driver headrest – charging cable will remain in situ if you prefer to purchase your own TV.
All in all this is a fabulous van and a real bargain for the price, we are only selling due to buying a caravan.
