I’ve loved adventuring with Vega the Van. My circumstances have changed and I’m leaving the country for a few years. This is exciting but – I’m wanting Vega and her future adventures to go to someone special who will love her as much as I have.

I bought Vega because on the outside (except for the wood fire burner chimney) she looks really non-descript – I liked the anonymity in a world of white vans to be another one. I loved the fact that most of her insides are recycled – lovingly and ingeniously integrated into a relaxed and unique feel. I have so enjoyed the woodfire burner and found all the internals easy to use – to change water, make food, switch on lights, clean the portaloo and generally live. We have been all over the UK and her engine has been strong enough to pull up some gravel hills – while packed with bikes, paddleboards and other toys. She has also been really easy to handle – great on all roads and high enough to predict traffic movement easily. I’ve loved the log cabin feel and being able to shut the doors, light the fire and feel at home anywhere.
