Conversion Description

Looking for the perfect campervan to take you on your next adventure? Meet Autumn. This van was lovingly renovated by me and a close friend (who’s a whiz at carpentry and has converted vans before) back in February of 2021, and it’s packed with everything you need to hit the road in comfort and style. Whether you’re planning weekend getaways or full-time van life, Autumn has you covered. I have stayed in Autumn for extended periods of up to 3 months, so it is equipped and was built with that length of stay in mind.

Having spent a lot of time in Autumn, I have made several amendments/ upgrades over the years. My dog, Willow, travels with me everywhere and my main goal was to have a van which has a very open, spacious feel and is also dog friendly – so she can jump up on the bed with ease for example.

Features:

Reversing Camera: Makes parking and maneuvering a breeze in a LWB vehicle.

Swivel Captain’s Chair: The front passenger seat swivels to create a comfy living space.

Heating & Hot Water: The Truma Combi 4e system (tucked neatly under the bench seat) provides reliable heating and hot water, all controlled from the easy-to-use panel above the hob.

Loads of Storage:

Five overhead cupboards

A large garage area for bigger items and storage crates

Handy storage above the driver’s seats

Bench seat storage (perfect for smaller essentials) – these are under the cushions and simply lift up.

A dedicated compartment next to the bed that currently houses a porta potty.

Cozy Lighting: Spotlights with dimmer functionality, controlled by remote, so you can set the mood however you like.

Removable/Adjustable Table: Ideal for meals, work, or just relaxing.

Underslung fresh and waste water tanks.

Underslung LPG tank.

Blackout blinds for the front and side windows. Blackout curtains on sliding door and rear windows.

A Kitchen That Feels Like Home:

This van’s kitchen is as practical and stylish:

Solid oak worktop with a tiled backsplash – it looks smart and is easy to clean.

Hot and cold water tap with a Thetford sink.

Thetford dual-burner hob for cooking

Dometic CRX50 fridge to keep your food fresh. 45 litres of space. Freezer compartment can be removed if not required.

Plenty of storage with three pull-out drawers and a large cupboard under the sink.

There are 2 vents installed in the roof. One Maxxair maxxfan deluxe at the front and a Fiamma vent at the rear.

Top-Notch Electrics:

This van is kitted out with high-spec Victron equipment, making it perfect for off-grid adventures:

1500 Watt inverter for powering all 230v appliances.

200Ah Li-Po4 leisure battery (new last year).

325W roof-mounted solar panel.

Victron MPPT charge controller, Victron battery-to-battery charger (charges while driving), and Victron smart battery charger (charges leisure battery from shore power).

Multiple 12V sockets throughout (including near the bed and bench seat).

Three pairs of 230V sockets – two under the bench seat (one powered by a 1500W inverter, one for shore power) and one in the garage (shore power).

Secure & Reliable:

Security is important and this van comes with:

Professionally installed deadlocks on all doors.

Pedal lock box and steering wheel Stoplock included in the sale.

Upgraded Wheels:

The wheels have been upgraded to BFGs, which look great and have loads of life left in them.

Optional Extras:

If you’re interested, I’ve got some handy extras available for an additional cost, including:

Starlink with a roof-mounted base (honestly. An absolute essential if you plan to work on the road).

Porta potty.

Storage crates for the garage.

Melamine crockery set.

12V Black & Decker vacuum.

Air fryer (works perfectly with the inverter).

Karcher window vac.

Outdoor table and chair.

This campervan has been my pride and joy. It’s been well looked after over the years and I’m confident it’ll make its new owner just as happy as it’s made me. It’s ready to drive away today. Last MOT was 29/01/2025. Passed with no advisories.
