All Seasons Luxury Off Grid Campervan - Professional Conversion

This van had been designed to a very high standard with many hours of detailed craftsmanship put in.
If you are thinking of a long road trip, full time van life or just a weekend home away from home, this camper van has everything you need to enjoy off grid travelling and living. It is built for multi seasonal home comforts and has been well looked after and recently redecorated. I’ll let the photos do the talking.

Van Build.
This van has been insulated with 50mm/25mm celotex board and recycled insulation roll, as well as a vapour barrier to keep the moisture out.
The walls themselves are made from 12mm Hardwood ply and have been painted with Valspar paint that is very durable and easy to clean.
The ceiling is made from tongue and groove pine that has been stained and sealed.
The flooring in the living space is engineered white oak floorboards and the garage space is black rubber matting. The under floor is 12mm hardwood ply on a frame that is insulated.
The furniture i.e kitchen unit, wall Storage and bed are made from birch ply, cork and Formica.
The front cab has additional storage and has been auto carpeted to give it that stealth look from the outside.
The top of the van has vanguard roof racks with solar panels on one side and the other is the perfect size for a longboard.

Kitchen.
If you are a food lover then this is the perfect kitchen for you.
It has an oven, grill and two hobs that both run off LPG. (Voyager oven)
It has a large sink, big worktop surfaces and a wall cupboard for your herbs and spices.
It has a led strip to give you overhead light and a fan to keep you cool when cooking.
There is lots of Storage for pots and pans, a draw for knifes and cutlery and a base unit cupboard for food storage.
There is also a pull out table for eating inside on those rainy days.

Bedroom.
Ikea memory foam mattress 1820mm x 1240mm.
A small handy wall storage for books, iPad, glasses etc
An over head cupboard for clothes with a USB port inside.
A reading light.
A very cost effective heater with the controller at arms reach so you don’t have to leave the Comfort of the bed to turn the heating on.
A close by light switch you can reach from bed which is great!

Living space.
You have a lot of floor space in this van which is really good as you can set up a bed on the floor if you have any guests.
There is a single seat where the pull out table is with open storage underneath.
A big over head Storage above the cab and a cupboard for your shoes by the door.
Multiple hooks on the wall for coats and jackets.
There is also a cupboard above the seat for more storage.

Garage space.
This space is home to a 65L water tank, a shuflo water pump and a 1L jabsco accumulator tank.
There is also an instant hot water shower which is an absolute game changer!

Base vehicle breakdown.
The Van is a Renault master 2004 120 DCI, The current mileage is 146,000.
Comes with a new MOT.
I had an engine rebuild at 121,303 miles and have all the paperwork for this.
It’s also had a new turbo fitted.
New water pump
fan belt and bearings done.
New vacuum pump.
Rear handbrake Caliper.
Four winter tyres.
Been serviced and maintained regularly.
