underslung water and waste tanks pumped with 7lr/minute pump and expansion vessel. heating and hot water supplied via a Truma combi6 gas/mains boiler.
shower cubicle behind drivers seat with led lighting, an extracter fan and a heating vent from Truma boiler. cubicle is clad with grey pvc panelling and shower tray is deep sided resin cast dowmestic.
kitchen has domestic stainless steel sink and a 2 burner lpg fixed hob. space for waste bin and 10ltr drinking water. full length LED strip lighting with additional led reading lights and charging outlets.
240ac sockets are powered from shore or via inverter up to max 1000watts.
lpg locker in the garage which holds up to 11kg bottle. crashsafe regulator fitted also solenoid supply is switched from kitchen area.
garage area has ample storage for most usual camper related items ie chairs windbreak paddle boards etc etc ( not included in sale).
habitation area is open plan with a coastal theme.
exterior has been sprayed with fine textured Raptor in blue. two fixed roof rails carrying large 320Watt solar panel. four fixed bonded dark glass windows offering privacy with minimal light loss.
