I’m proud to have for sale this beautiful, newly converted 1998 VW LT 2.5 TDI.
The van itself has around 147,000 miles on the clock with 6 months MOT having passed with **NO ADVISORIES**.
The body work is absolutely outstanding for its age, with very few marks or external damages.

The body work is absolutely outstanding for its age, with very few marks or external damages.
The vans appliances are powered by a 150w solar panel, connected through a dc charger, then on to the 120 ah leisure battery.
From the cab to the back, its fitted with the best materials, we’ve installed a full vapour barrier to reduce moisture and condensation. Soundproofed the van with pads and fully insulated it using various different methods.
The single bed/couch can be pulled out, creating a very roomy double bed. Underneath the bed/couch, there is ample space for lots of luggage and gear!
Opposite the single bed, we have lots of deep shelving storage and a small cabinet at the bottom.
The back doors are insulated and wrapped in carpet, helping with the black out at night and making it cosy!
The ceiling has a fantastic roof light and fan. With a remote to enable air blowing in or out, which is perfect when cooking on the two burner Hob! The hob is connected via a calor gas bottle, which lies just underneath so its easily accessible in the cabinet below.
The fridge is a low energy consumption 30l Smad 12V beast!
We also have a sink and tap running on a 12V pump. This produces cold water collected from water containers in the cabinet below. Its a very simple system that could easily be upgraded to produce hot water with the right equipment.
All of these appliances, as well as USB sockets are controlled by the smart switch panel in the van.
We have made sure that we have kept the decoration to a minimum, and plenty of space for yourselves to make the van yours.
