Ford TRANSIT 85 T280M FWD
A very difficult sell as this is a fantastic off-grid, converted, characterful campervan which I’ve had some really fantastic trips in and made amazing memories. I hope you will be able to do the same! However, I have not been out in it enough in the last year to keep it as a day-to-day only vehicle.
Bernadette (you might change the name!) was professionally converted in 2020 by Mr Campervan who are based in Kent, and features pretty white cladded walls, and wooden ceiling with spotlights. She is off-grid with a solar panel system but a hook-up should you need it. Despite not having windows, the sky lights let enough light in for the mornings. There is central heating via the gas cylinder so camping in colder temperatures is doable.

There is no cambelt, it is a chain (FAQ!)

FYI on weight I do have it and it’s somewhere in the 2000kg mark and absolutely fine.
Floor to ceiling height 171cm (I am 5′ 8″ and stand up in it)
The coach converts into the bed. The table comes out and you insert legs, panels and lay the cushions to create the mattress. I hold these together with a thick mattress protector and sheet. It’s a cosy double.
