We bought this beautiful campervan that has been custom made and is sadly looking for a new home for a couple who have adventure on their mind.

This stealth off grid camper has been specifically designed for the adventure in mind with so much storage that can fit your paddle boards, surf boards, walking equipment etc.
It has a huge under bed garage with more than enough space that you could even use it as your dogs own space.

The conversion has received professional attention to detail with specifically selected materials with a great finish throughout and we have recently refreshed it, painting with the Little Greene company paint and replacing the cupboard handle with real leather ones, giving it a really high quality finish. It really is ready for you to explore in with the comforts of home. This is so hard to let him go as it’s the most fun we have had and everyone loves him. We have done the NC500 fully off grid, and spent time touring around the UK, completely off grid. It’s so free and if you really want to plug in, there is a mains hook up mounted externally. There are a few light options, with main spotlights, below cabinet floor lighting and multi changeable strip lighting, controlled from a remote control so you can set whatever lighting mood you like. There is also a bright strip light in the garage and you can access the garage from the inside so if the weather is awful, you do not need to go outside and its also great for avoiding Midges!

Mileage is low at just over 92,000 and this will increase as we are still using Floki.

Electrics
There are three ways to to input energy, ensuring your off grid experience. There is a fully off grid electrical system which is stored on 3 x 110 amp Xtreme AGM batteries located in an ‘electrical compartment in the garage.
SOLAR
2 x 200w = 400w Renology Microcrystalline solar panels have been ousted on the roof, connected firstly to a double pole isolator switch so they can be turned off. This leads to the Epever MPPT solar charge controller which then links to the batteries, as well as the MP50 to monitor your solar charge.

BATTERY TO BATTERY
A Renology DC-DC charger of 40 amps is installed so when the van is running, you can flick a switch and the batteries get charged whilst you are driving.

MAINS HOOK UP
The final way to charge is through the mains hook up inlet that is mounted externally. This is so easy to hook up, be it at a campsite or domestic outlet and the Victorn Energy Blue Smart charger, 30amp uses mains power to charge the batteries.

A Krieger 1500w inverter is fitted to allow standard household appliances to be used when off grid and a double plug above the table for easy use. We have charged, laptops, drones, cameras whilst off grid without the need for hook up and have never run out of power. The lowest we have managed to get to was 52%!

A12 way fuse board powers 2 x Fiamma Turbo Premium Vent 40 located above the kitchen and Bed area, with push/pull air functions, which circulates the air and cools the van extremely well, even in the hottest weather.

Proper HS2000 heater and the gas lasts for ages.
Digital Battery indicator – displaying battery charge and voltage.
There is a mains shut off switch that shuts down the whole system immediately.
Fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

There is also a really useful reversing camera and in cab monitor for easy, stress free reversing.

PLUMBING
There is a 55L underslung fresh water tank with isolators and drain valve, leading to the water filter pump etc. This serves the kitchen sink, the garage shower and internal shower which is located in the shower box under one of the ‘dining room’ seats. Great for washing off wetsuits, Sandy feet etc. There is a 30L underslung grey waster tank, with accessible drain valve. To ensure the van really is a four season off ground van, there is a Propex HS2000 heater for the colder months and heats the van very quickly and has a control unit so you can adjust the temperature easily. This is fuelled by a 6kg butane gas bottle which lasts for so long and is easily accessible for easy changing when necessary.

KITCHEN
The kitchen was built beautifully and uses the space wisely. It has a solid oak worktop with an integral porcelain sink, giving a luxurious feel, and has matt black fixtures throughout. The kitchen has loads of storage with three push close draws, two very deep draws and one for cutlery etc. It also has two very clever, bespoke spice rack, condiment draws, a built in DC 50 compressor fridge freezer and a double gas hob.

LIVING AREA/ BEDROOM
There are two very comfortable bench seats, with 3 inch memory foam and fixed solid oak dining table. Under one bench is a very spacious shoe storage (and anything else you can think of) and the other seat has a hidden shower compartment with shower head. We have filled this with hot water for a standing bath or you could get a magnetic shower curtain. It’s also great to washing off your wetsuit etc and is another useful storage space. There is a very useful wardrobe above the fridge and is so spacious that you can fit more clothes than you think (did we mention how much storage the van has?). There are two more draws in this area, great for toiletries and a hidden compartment that is great for hiding valuables.
The large raised double bed has a 4 inch memory foam mattress and a memory foam mattress topper that will come with the van. A step has been installed to allow easy climbing into the bed – There are two lovely porthole windows in the back that open and allow more ventilation and lovely views from the bed…And relax!

INSULATION
The van is fully insulated with 25mm and 50mm insulation boards, A1 fire rated insulation rolls in the difficult places, as well as sealing all voids with A1 fire rated expanding foam. A vapour barrier/breather membrane has been used throughout.
The van is also fully sound deadened with Dodo Sound Deadening.

This really is the van you want and apart from a few external scraps (these aren’t bad but should be mentioned), has absolutely no rust, is the soundest vehicle we looked at and is beautiful and now waiting for the next couple to take him on and enjoy as many adventures as we have.
