She has performed exceptionally well in her first year of hire with to date bringing in Β£18,000k with more bookings to come later in the year. You could therefore earn a good second income hiring her out or even as a main income. Using the above figures you could expect a gross yield of in excess of 38%. Doloimiti is a beautiful fully off grid campervan which has had no expense spared as she has been our full time home for 12 months. We have recently performed an upgrade of her prior to sale including a new compressor fridge, full repaint throughout with farrow and ball, new flooring, toilet and kitchen cupboards.
She has 500 watts of solar power and an automatic charging system so you really can go off on the adventures of your dreams without having to plan around power.
Some of the equipment in her still has warranty from new including 2 years parts on the Eberspacher Diesel heater.
The interior design is our signature design which we live in full-time. We know how important it is that we maximise the use of space with plenty of easy to use storage and equipment whilst maintaining a space that feels open and easy to move around in without squeezing past each other
FULL SPECIFICATION
Kitchen
Full size working kitchen with beautiful live edge Pippy Oak worktop and flip up matching kitchen extension. This is the same size kitchen as the van we live in and we make full on roast dinners, cakes, bread etc in the van with lots of room for chopping and baking using the Omnia oven on the hob. We have also handmade a slide out larder cupboard which gives lots of extra storage for spices and bottles.

Water 60 litres (We like to use 10 litre jerry cans which can be filled up anywhere including fountains, streams, fuel stations etc. Sometimes it can be tricky to fill up permanently fitted tanks if there isnβt a hose which is why we went for easily removable jerry cans). 20 litres are stored under the sink and 40 litres in the garage area.

Seating Area
Two sofa benches with storage underneath and cupboard for dometic 976 portable toilet. The lid opens without having to remove the seating pad.
Sofa seating is made using excellent quality upholstery foam and beautiful checked fabric. The covers are zipped and removable for washing.

2 x drawers on one side of the bed for easy storage
1 x massive pull out drawer on the other side of the bed which is partitioned to allow organised easy storage including specific area for laptops.
Beautiful oak pull out table with 75kg hidden sliders. Large enough for 2 people to work with laptops and even four for adults for food and drinks.
Heating
Eberspacher S2 with upgraded thermostat diesel heater with 2 years parts warranty (We only use excellent quality German diesel heaters). When you set the heater to the desired temperature it quickly reaches temperature and maintains heat with a thermostat. You can also programme the heater to come on at exact times just like in a house. Itβs super quiet too so you can keep it on during the night without fear of being woken up.
Shower and Toilet
Dometic 976 portable toilet
We can offer one of 2 shower options (included in the asking price):
– Joolca HotTap instant hot water outdoor shower. This is designed to be used outdoors with (or without) a shower tent and has been a popular addition to our hire van.

Sleeping Area
Fixed width ways double bed with memory foam mattress with pull out length ways bed for taller people.
Upper storage cabinets with solid oak doors, knurled brass black door knobs, soft close gas gas struts and heavy duty magnets.
Additional 3rd berth made up from the sofa benches and cushions. You can still access the toilet whilst this bed is in place.
Garage Area Under Bed
There is a huge garage space underneath the bed which contains:
Slide-out water container box on heavy duty sliders make it super easy to get the jerry cans in and out.

Victron battery charger with inbuilt bluetooth connectivity enables access to the VictronConnect app. Connected to the batteries permanently this can also be used as a mains hook up charging system.
2 x 150 and 2 x 100 watt semi-flexible monocrystalline solar panels (total 500 watts). These are low profile and you canβt see them on these panels on the roof which keeps the camper looking more sleek.
Ventilation
Maxxair deluxe fan with smoke lid and remote control. A great fan that is powerful and quiet.
Insulation
Insulation is incredibly important to keep a campervan warm in the winter and cool in the summer as well as reducing condensation. Dolomiti was professionally spray foam insulated which has been proved to have the highest level of insulation and also acts as a vapour barrier all in one. It does not hold water like other types of insulation like wool.
Windows
1 x opening side window and 1 fixed side window with privacy glass.
DVLA reclassification
We will happily send off an application to have Dolomiti reclassified as a campervan, however in our experience, barely any campervans that are not factory fit style motorhomes successfully achieve reclassification. We imagine it will get sent back as panel van with windows. In our experience we have never had any issues with it not being reclassified and it does not affect anything with insurance but will happily send this off if her new owners would like it doing.
