Low mileage – 78,000 miles
MOT valid until 24th April 2024 – no advisories on the last MOT

Van includes:

Conversion completed my the company Mr Campervan, located in Kent. Conversion took place early to mid 2021. We have physical copies of the schedule of works, handover document and habitation certificate that we will pass over to the buyer.
Schedule of works:
– Remove existing plywood floor and walls board
– Cut roof and fit Maxx Air opening roof vent at front
– Insulate vehicle with eco-friendly sheeps wool. This is antibacterial, moisture resistant , fire retardant and has one of the highest R values (4) of any insulation
– Baton side walls and roof and attach tongue and grooved cladding. Dye wood and lacquer
– Fit 6 x LED downlighters to ceiling
– Lay quality wood effect vinyl to 12mm ply lined lined floor
– Cover side and rear doors in warm 4 way stretch fabric
– Trim all exposed metal doors in 4 way stretch fabric
– Build small seating area (facing one another)
– Build fixed double bed and create storage area under bed. Bed board will be made from 12mm plywood. Board will house 6″ reflex foam mattress
– Construct low level kitchen unit. This will run across the bulkhead and down the offside of the vehicle. Handmade kitchen units
– Cover units with solid wood worksurface
– Cut work surface to fit SMEV sink/hob
– Water grade tank and waste tank fitted inside vehicle
– Design fold out table. Make form solid wood and stain and varnish
– Supply and fit windows. 1 x opening window on sliding door, 1 x opening window on panel opposite slider behind drivers seat. 2x rear windows in back doors.
– Source mustard material and send to trimmer. Trimmer will use seating foam and make cushions and covers for seating area.
– Use same mustard material and send to seamstress to make a set of curtains for the windows that have been fitted.
– Supply and position Thetford Qube toilet and house under one of the seats.
– Source a piece of bark faced oak and create a beautiful feature shelf. This will be positioned on the wall between the sliding door and bed. The oak will be treated and oiled
Electrics
– 240v hook up kit installed with 1x nickel double socket with USB charging points
– 250 watt solar panel installed on roof. Wired through MPPT charge controller 2 x 100AH gel/AGM leisure batteries
– 1 x 1500w inverter to step up power from 12v-240v
– 1 x Heavy duty 20amp Victron split charge relay
– 1 Waeco CRX 50 compressor fridge with freezer compartment
– 1 x BUS bar
– 1 x 12v blade fuse box with LED fault light
– 1 x 12v Whale submersible water pump for sink
Gas
– 1 x 4.5kg gas cannister housed in air tight gas locker with drop out vent. Regulator feeding Thetford hob/grill and heating
– 1 x Propex HS 2000 blown air space heater
Fixed double bed with storage area under bed. Bed board made from 12mm plywood with 6” reflex foam mattress
