Converted with a huge amount of love and care from start to finish. The spacious interior has been cleverly designed to maximise space for every occasion, as well as provide plenty of storage. The beautiful bespoke L-shaped kitchen is paired with a welcoming open-plan seating area, which is easily converted into a dining area or king-sized bed (measuring 175cm wide by 174cm long, with a third of the bed at 220 cm long where the seating extends beyond the standard sleeping area).

There is a fully integrated electrical system which includes a high spec 100AH lithium leisure battery, 200W of solar panels, a battery-to-battery charger (which fast charges the leisure battery whilst you’re driving), mains electrical hook-up, 240v outlets, led lighting, USB outlets, intelligent battery monitor and a 55L fridge. It also features 2 Maxxair Maxxfan Deluxe roof vents with extractor fans that can be operated remotely in both directions to draw air into or out of the campervan, creating a circulation of air flow when combined.

The diesel heater will keep you warm and cosy whatever the weather with a very quick start up time and simple-to-use temperature control (on the LCD control panel or remote). It is highly efficient, using very little diesel: even after extended use there is barely any change on the fuel gauge! There is no need to fill a separate fuel tank either because the diesel heater has been professionally fitted to an auxiliary fuel line from the vehicle fuel tank.

The campervan has been professionally insulated to a very high standard to minimise condensation and maximise temperature control, retaining heat in the winter and cold in the summer. The floors, walls, ceiling, bulkhead and doors have all been thoroughly insulated using 25mm & 50mm Celotex and sustainable Thermafleece SupaSoft Insulation, followed by double aluminium bubble insulation membrane and a high-grade Tyvek AirGuard Reflective Vapour Barrier Membrane from DuPont. Premium sound deadening has also been applied to the walls and ceiling so that external sounds like heavy rain are reduced to mellow noise.

The kitchen area includes a double ring gas burner which is fed by a 6.0kg Gas bottle safely housed in a gas tank (the system has an up-to-date landlord’s certificate). There is also a beautiful antique hand painted enamel sink with a traditional style ceramic mixer tap fed by an electric water pump, as well as a 70L underslung freshwater tank. To save on weight and extra tasks involved with use, the wastewater empties directly out of the van, which is perfectly suited for off-grid adventures and safe as long as bio washing up liquid is used. (If you’re planning on using a campsite the water can simply be collected from under the van at this outlet point). A Thetford Porta-Potti is also housed neatly in the cupboard space which slides out for ease of use.
