Vehicle Description

Hello, and welcome to the advert for my latest project. Still available as of 19/06. Price reduced for quick sale!

If you prefer a more concise list of the vans features, please see the bottom of this advertisement, however if you would like a more detailed description, please read on.

We are a husband and wife team that pride ourselves in creating beautiful campers that have a timeless simplicity and a soulful feel, no cookie cutter vans here!! Every single aspect of this van has been hand built using high quality materials with no expense spared. So without further ado, please allow me to try and convey the beauty and practicability of our latest conversion.

Starting with the base van.
The base van is a 2019 L2H2 Peugeot Boxer Professional with 62,000 miles on the clock and MOT until September. It’s the shortest and smallest vehicle that you can reasonably put this level on conversion in, it’s easy to drive and comfortably fits in a standard parking space unlike almost all other vans that you can stand up in. The condition of the van is as close to perfection as would be reasonably expected for a van of this age and miles, that is to say that it looks simply fabulous. From the outside the van could easily be mistaken for a very smart crew vehicle, however I imagine you have already seen that it is anything but this on the inside.
The van come with a very smooth 6 speed manual gearbox, cruise control, variable speed limiter, air conditioning, multimedia entertainment system with Bluetooth and hands free connectivity, air conditioning, TOMTOM satnav, ample storage options and 3 seats. I have driven the van a few hundred miles since purchasing it and it drives very well with no issues at all.
I bought the van in March of this year, and it came with a years mechanical warranty, which will be transferred to the lucky new owner. So depending on time of the sale you will receive the remainder of vehicle warranty.
Needless to say, I wouldn’t have spent the time and energy required to build such a beautiful van if I didn’t believe in it would last for many years and many adventures to come.

The interior build.
Our design ethos is to build high quality simple builds that are ready for you to inject your own personality onto, and really make it a home away from home. There is a lot of space on the walls for photos, artwork, fairy lights, bunting, mirrors, whatever you like.
The kitchen consists of a top of the range Dometic sink and hob unit with a 6kg gas locker in the boot and a 25l freshwater tank under the sink, with space for more water bottles allowing you to carry as much water as you like, remember, simplicity is our ethos and after 5 years of vanlife it’s the water system I would recommend to everyone and the system we put in all of our builds without fail.
The kitchen is build from thick, sturdy redwood and a solid beech countertop with a set of 240v electrical sockets and usb sockets that pop up, it’s beautiful and built to last!
The bulkhead houses an escape hatch for emergencies (I doubt you’ll ever use it), shelves, a kitchen roll holder (vital for vanlife), and gorgeous ceramic tile splashback meticulously grouted with white silicone to avoid cracking and any of the other problems associated with traditional tiling techniques in vans.
Alongside the kitchen is the breakfast bar which I think is the first of its kind. It might seem like a waste of valuable space, but trust me, there’s ample storage in the van, and it’s worth every inch when you’re sat in front of the window eating dinner somewhere beautiful.
The internal bed front houses two enormous clothes drawers that are a meter long! This means you don’t need head height cupboards that make the space feel claustrophobic and cramped. Having these clothes draws really opens up the space and makes this a truly unique build.
Under the clothes draws is a Trelino composting toilet, is a small but incredibly effective solution for a loo in a van, the toilet is sealed in its own box that keeps it separated from the rest of the boot space and services.
There is also a large sliding draw that houses the 20l 12 volt compressor fridge that will keep your food and drinks cold indefinitely. The fridge is so efficient that you can turn the temperature down to -20°c! Not that you would ever need to do so!
All of the furniture has been painstakingly painted with high quality beautiful paint scheme that really complements the aesthetics of the build. However, if you ever wanted to change the colour scheme, just get your brushes out! It’s your van, do what you want with it!!
There’s a 2kw diesel heater that will keep you toasty warm even in the coldest conditions, and a maxxair maxxfan that will keep you cool in the summer.
The electrical system is completely off grid, and powered by Renogy electrical systems. There’s a Renogy Pro 100ah lithium ion battery with Bluetooth connectivity so you can very accurately check how much battery you’ve got left, and a heating module so it will keep itself working even in the coldest temperatures. There’s a 200w solar panel on the roof, a DC-DC charger , and a 1000w inverter that will power all of your small electrical appliances. I understand that campervan electrics are a bit of a minefield to the uninitiated, but please rest assured that the electrical system is simple and highly effective, it will give you years of unwavering service with no maintenance. It’s fool proof.
The boot space also offers ample storage for adventure equipment or additional storage.
I’m hoping that the photos will round out this advertisement and assure you that this is a vehicle that comes up for sale very rarely. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact us, we would be delighted to answer any questions you might have and will be on hand to do virtual tours before you travel to view it in person.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at this vehicle and hope to hear from you soon. We’re always open to sensible offers so please feel free to get in touch.
Ben and Lola,
Ritchie Campers.
