BESPOKE HANDBUILT PINE CAMPERVAN, OFF-GRID & HIGH SPEC

The time has come to sell my beautiful Ford Transit campervan. This is the top of the range Trend model, with less than 20.000 miles, professionally converted to a high spec in summer 2021.

The original design concept of this van build was to integrate a powerful electrical system in order to completely remove the need for gas bottles and improve safety. Cooking on an induction hob and the ability to boil a kettle creates a simple environment to live and work in.

Beautifully handcrafted pine cabinetry with solid oak worktops and an overall exceptionally detailed finish creates a rustic homely feel.

Fully insulated using sound deadening, vapour barrier and Dodo mat flooring. Heating is provided by an integrated 5kw diesel heater and cooling/air extraction by the superior MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe with remote control and thermostat, allowing for all-year-round comfortable habitation.

2 x 110aH AGM batteries supply power to a 2000W pure sine wave inverter with an additional 2 x 240V sockets. The 12V system provides power to several USB ports scattered around the living area, touch LED downlights and dimmable spotlights, as well as colour-changing pelmet mood lighting creating a wonderful ambience. Battery charging is provided by fast charge CTEK D250SE and Smartpass battery to battery system generating high powered efficient charge from both the engine and solar system.

Full size double IKEA memory foam mattress sits upon IKEA sprung slats for added comfort.

Large garage space under bed with built in storage system, ideal for housing outdoor equipment and portaloo. Plenty of other well-thought storage spaces throughout.

Stainless steel sink with fresh and grey water tanks and super economical 12V Dometic Waeco CRX50 fridge freezer.

All in all, this conversion was built from the ground up with stealthy camping and off-grid independence in mind and works incredibly well. Am only selling due to plans of travelling further afield with my partner and our dogs, so we are now looking for a motorhome.
