3 berth Iveco Daily MWB – ex charity minibus hence the very low mileage at 56,000 – 2005 reg – two previous owners – 2300cc diesel engine.
Part service history, passed MOT with no advisories – MOT until October 2022, fully serviced in Nov 2021, new fuel and oil filters. Immaculate underneath, she was wax oil undersealed before she went on the road, so no corrosion. She does have a few superficial dents which comes with the age, but its all been sanded, primed and resprayed with HMG paint and she still looks great for her age!
The campers restricted to 60mph as previous use was for a disability clubs minibus, so hasn’t been thrashed around, is able to be de-restricted at buyers request.

Solid Oak steps in van, making the van fully accessible and no need to store and carry steps. Solid oak flooring throughout, high quality NOT laminate! All of the wood throughout the van has been sanded smooth and had 4 coats of food-safe furniture oil.

Grosfillex 3D walling creates a slightly rustic feel to the van, matching the colour scheme & adding depth to the interior.
Brand new Fiamma food grade 70L water tank, this has all been plumbed and fitted with water filler cap which is easily accessible from the rear with overflow plumbed to just below the exterior of the camper so no accidents when filling up! This is connected to a professional SeaFlow 12V water pump with an inline filter, this gives pressured water to the kitchen sink.
Plumbed to the rear of the water tank is an Ecotemp CEL5 portable tankless shower, fitted to a high pressure Ecotemp water pump which is compatible with the shower. The shower is heated from an 11kg propane gas bottle, capable of delivering 4 to 5 litres of hot or cold water per minute. Shower nozzle with an on/off switch and multiple spray patterns is stowed away neatly with a custom wooden bracket. The ignition is automatic and powered by 2 “D” batteries. The burners come on when the water flows and off when the water is shut off.
Bespoke oak kitchen cabinet with reclaimed pine doors with inlayed copper finger holes to save catching your knees on the handles! Powerful 2 ring gas cooker perfect for cooking on or just to heat up the morning water for a brew! This is connected to a butane gas bottle (stored in a gas locker). Black sink and tap, with pop up drain plug. Wipe down blind on the window behind the kitchen.
Porta Potti 145 stored away under the bench with a lift up hatch in the woodwork for easy removal. With room beside toilet for toiletries.
Comfortably seats 4 people around the table. The table is very quick and easy to put up and down. With no need to store a table top, as it folds neatly to the wall.
4 large side windows giving panoramic views of your park ups, all side windows are tinted for privacy. 35% tint on rear windows for ease of reversing, with a Roman blind for use when stationary. All upholstery has been professionally made and fitted to match the colour scheme, including the sofa foam, cushions, curtains and blinds.
Storage:
There is a large amount of under bed storage with access from the back doors.
Plenty of under sofa storage separated by a wall to the toilet area. This space could also fit a fridge or cool box in as it’s right next to the 12V and 240V sockets.
4 separate storage compartments at head height around the van, all of which lock shut so there will be no accidents when driving around!
Kitchen cupboards and shelves give enough space for kitchen utensils, food and drinks!
The leisure battery and inverter are stored in a cupboard under the passenger seats, which are easily accessible.
Electrics:
Fully off grid ability with the electrical systems in this campervan, giving you the freedom to roam away from civilisation!
With one 100ah leisure battery hooked up to the solar panel (120W) & a split charge relay from the alternator, giving 12V power to the camper. The solar charge controller is mounted on the wall near the under-seat battery compartment, this has a digital display of voltage input and output.
There is also 240V power via a 300W inverter, which has 2 USB ports and a 3 prong U.K. plug.
4 LED lights are powered by the 12V, they create a warm light and are manually switched on via a switch in the seating area.
12v USB port and 240v socket near the bed for ease when charging laptop, phone, speaker etc.
Triclicks 12V 5KW air heater with silencer, remote control and digital display showing the temperature, time & leisure battery power, located near the bed. The 10 litre diesel tank is stored away under the kitchen cabinets, easily accessible to fill up & comes with a brand new 10L Jerry can with nozzle.
Brand new carbon monoxide alarm & fire extinguisher.

This camper is ready to drive away, with our history in converting historic wooden boats into live aboard yachts we know the meaning of “shipshape”, therefore you will not find any loose decorations, pot plants or such ready to fly off during your first journey.
