Kitchen:
Built from lightweight poplar ply with a Birch ply worktop, the kitchen is a great size for a small van with ample storage in the drawer, cupboards, overhead cabinets and bench seat. More than enough storage for a few days away.
The fridge is a 45L 12v compressor fridge with removable freezer to expand the fridge space if needed. It is very efficient and runs purely off of the 12v electrical system. Great for off-grid adventures.
The hob is a Thetford 2 burner hob with 12v ignition. Runs off of the campingaz 907 bottle provided.
The kitchen window opens for ventilation whilst cooking.

Electrical:
Designed to be fully off-grid the electrical system will power everything in the van with ease. Between the 175w Victron Solar panel mounted on the roof and the Victron DC-DC charger (charging from the alternator whilst driving) the van is more than capable of being run off grid for many days.
The electrical system is smart so can be used with the Victron smartphone app to check on levels and adjust any settings.

Water:
The van has a 70L fresh water tank with the fill point inside the rear doors and has a Shurflo water pump and accumulator producing smooth, good pressured water supply for the kitchen sink. There is an electronic fresh water gauge in the kitchen to easily view the water level.

Heating:
The diesel heater provides warm air in minutes and easily heats the van quickly , ideal for use in winter. The diesel heater is linked to the main vans diesel tank so no worries about having to refill a separate tank. There is also a remote control for the heater so no need to get out of bed to get it going!

Beds Description:
The bed is a fixed raised construction – no need to make your bed every day!
Ample headroom to allow you to sit up in bed.
4ft wide by 6ft4 in length (1.2m wide x 1.9m long).
Underneath the bed is a large storage area.

Viewing is highly encouraged, please get in touch if you are interested and want more info.

Things to know:
– In addition to the 125ah AGM leisure Battery in the back, a second new van leisure battery was fitted along with new break callipers, pads & discs Jan 2024.
– May/June 2025: new left track rod end & dust cover (front axel)
– Reason for new engine: there was a problem in the coolant system and the engine overheated, blew the head gasket and ceased up. All related parts pipes and fittings were replaced May 2025, including the radiator, water pump, oil cooler, pressure bottle and filters along with a new turbo and gasket kit. It’s been running like a dream ever since.
– The water supply to the tap has a leak at the moment and the body work has a few light scratches and dents.
– MOT advisories to monitor: rear registration plate deteriorated, Suspension arm pin or brush worn but not resulting in excessive movement.

Additional extras included:
roof rack, padlock on the back door for additional security, two levelling ramps for parking on uneven ground, funnel hose and connections for easy filling of water tank, cleaning agent to clean water tank/system.
