NOW HAS 12 MONTHS MOT – tester said it’s one of the best of this age he’s seen in a long time, all professionally welded to a high standard and rust protected for the future.

Van itself-

-Engine runs perfect, starts first time. Never missed a beat since I have had it. 2.5DI banana engine, renowned for going forever. 166K, service history for last 2 years since I have owned, including air, oil and fuel filters.
– Campervan on V5
-New Water pump and timing belt fitted less than 500 miles ago.
-Dual battery under bonnet, B2B charger fitted to leisure battery in the back.
-Towbar fitted. Thule double bike rack included in sale.
-2 tone colours outside, black and white. Body work slightly rough round edges from previous welding being done, could do with a lick of paint. Was planning on hand rolling it grey but have not had the weather for it.
-Very comfortable chairs, from an autosleeper camper.
-Diesel heater mounted securely, needs to be wired in. All rest is in place but have only used in summer so have not wired it in. Have the stuff to tap it into main fuel tank and run it directly from that. 1-2 hour job maximum.
-Welding done for last MOT- Both steps and front suspension mounts. Over a grand spent overall just on welding last 2 years. All areas that have been welded painted in Hammerite then seam sealed waxoyled.
-Upgraded sound system- £450 spent. Amp, sub and alpine door speakers. Pioneer head unit.
-Spare tyre fitted on rear door. 2 new front tyres less than 500 miles ago. Rear tyres good condition still.

Camper conversion-
-Fully insulated and foil vapour barrier. Holds heat well and doesn?t get too hot in summer. Insulated window covers professionally made. Cladding side walls and ceiling covering insulation. Vinyl flooring.
-110AH deep cycle leisure battery fitted. 12v 16 fused fuse box fitted which fuses all 12v appliances, very simple for maintenance and adding extra appliances. B2B smart charger from alternator, charges battery very fast. Isolator switch to battery for quick cutting of all power in rear of van
-Fiamma opening Roof vent with fan. Great for ventilation, as well as 2 side windows opening
-Diesel heater as mentioned above.
-LED spotlights in ceiling on a dimmer. LED strip lights either side for ambient lighting.
-Gutter fitted for an awning
-12v USB charger for phones
-12v Cool box under kitchen
-Kitchen- Wahl foot pump with running water. 20L freshwater tank and 10L wastewater draining sink. Camp cooker mounted in shelf. Basic shelves, boxes mounted for food storage. Overhead cabinet for more storage.
-Sofa/bed area- enough seating for 4-6 people around table. Very comfy 4inch memory foam professionally upholstered. -Table drops down to make bed full width of van and 6ft2 long. Very large and comfy bed.
-240v Hook up for campsites fitted by previous owner. I removed RCD unit as was very old. If you want 240v then would need to buy another, not a big job to get it installed. Wires are already run for sockets, I have never needed it as B2B charger has been enough.
–Electrical set up easy enough to add solar if wanted

Selling due to needing one vehicle for daily use, so selling this and my car and getting a VW caddy. Been a great van, had 2 summers out of it and it has been perfect for long weekends up to 2 weeks away. Simple but well-planned conversion, been completed to a good standard.
