This highly insulated van is perfect for a family of four with an added furry friend, This brand new conversions offers a simplistic yet cosy atmosphere thanks to the seamless and dimmable lighting design.

Our TOP priority has always been child passenger safety which explains no cabinets. However there are anchor points located throughout the ceiling for this to be done at a later date.

DINING: two options for dining,either by rotating the front swivel seats OR using the dinnette/main bed area, we recommend this however using the front half of the van would be perfect for working on or morning coffees.

SEATING/BED CUSHIONS: made from 4 inch luxury foam, upholstered in a light grey textured upholstering material, sewn with heavy duty bonded nylon thread. Each cushion is fitted with zips and fitted with a special underlining material called Nautolex, designed to provide breathability and allow moisture to escape.

BEDS: 2 Bunk beds that measure approximately 70cm x 174cm, the main bed can simply transform from day mode to bed mode within 30 seconds. This layout takes advantage of 3 individual planks which simply sit in place to create a double bed which measures approximately 184cm x 125cm. These planks are then stored conveniently out of the way behind the passenger seating.

INSULATION: High quality noico sound deadening throughout, cosy wool in wall cavity, 25mm Celotex underfloor. Walls have been completely sealed with insulation foil tape and reflective YBS thermawrap insulation material for vapour barrier, this also keeps the van cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

ELECTRICAL:
An incredibly powerful BRAND NEW Goal Zero Yeti 1500x edition Solar station outputs both 12v and 240v and comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This unit allows the capability of being fully off grid for long periods of time depending on energy consumption. To simply explain this set-up: the unit contains everything you would typically find in a camper-van electrical set up but in one solid and safe product. GOAL ZERO are the leading brand in terms of these particular power station, this unit alone is worth £2199. Please take a look at Goal Zero online to gather a better understanding. We were sold on going for this option instead because it’s safer, simpler and incredibly reliable. The unit can be charged in three different ways; by the wall, whilst driving via 12v Cigarette lighter socket or via solar panels (solar not included). Additional batteries can also be purchased and connected for even longer extended wild camping

FRIDGE: extremely economical DOMETIC CFX 3 55 powered by 12v or 240v. Variable settings, chest style for keeping the cold inside, this is located in the seat storage.
SEATING: TWO front single seats that swivel 360 degrees, two rear passengers seats that are foldable or can be full removable with the pull of a lever this grants a huge amount of extra space if they aren’t required.
COOKER: 2X Campinggaz Camp Bistro 2 (we found this to be a safer option than carrying gas bottles) 8 gas canisters will be included.

TOILET: Brand new Thetford PORTA POTTI. Necessary chemicals are also included.
STORAGE: HUGE storage is found under the entire seating/bed area, as well as a garage space which is accessed from the rear doors

KITCHEN: 3 draws using heavy duty sliders, under the sink is another cupboard housing the water system which can also be accessed from the sliding door. Worktop is made from solid Wood.

WATER SYSTEM: two 19l fresh water containers below sink. Water is fed by a submersible water pump powered by 12v. The Faucet provides two setting and extends. Sink drainage follows a waste pipe down and meets the 66L waste water container purchased by CAK TANKS.

FLOORING: Luxury vinyl flooring, fully waterproof with a durable hard wearing layer
