This van is an ex minibus, used by a local council so has been very very well maintained, with safety checks every 6 weeks.
The bodywork is in excellent condition with just a couple of very minor dents.
It will be hard to find a van in such great condition and with such a low mileage.
High roof.. at 6ft I can stand up no problem. Donβt compromise on this feature. The ability to stand up in your van will enhance your enjoyment immensely.

The drivers, and front passenger seats swivel to face the rear. This creates a spacious living and dining area for 5 people.
An adjustable height solid oak table. This can be lowered between the front and rear seats creating an extra sleeping area for a child.
The kitchen is handcrafted with a solid oak worktop, a stylish black glass gas hob, a built in MICROWAVE OVEN, and a completely silent running fridge.
A soft deep draw with integral cutlery draw, upper and lower cupboards with shelves. All with a soft close feature.
There is also a feature shelf with airtight jars, ideal for tea and coffee etc
The hob is run from a refillable gas system
NO complicated switching of gas cylinders. Simply fill up at any petrol station around the UK and Europe that has an LPG (Auto gas) pump. This is so much easier, and a lot less expensive.
You can monitor the gas level via the app on the tablet provided. Or load the app on your phone, so you know when its time to top it up.
The sink is supplied by a 25L water tank is accessed from the outside for ease of filling via the inlet funnel or a hosepipe. the waste water is also collected here for ease of emptying
A separate marine wooded hand finished shower, with a personalised feature wall.
The shower water can be sola heated, or you can use the gas hob to heat your water as you need it.
(The shower unit is portable and can also be taken to be used outdoors). Idea for on the beach or if you have a dirty dog etc.
A user friendly flushable toilet. No need to worry about finding facilities on a camp site or while on the road. This fully sealable toilet is oder free and easy to empty.
The main bed is a Luxury memory foam FULL SIZE double bed. At 6ft I sleep comfortably. Bedding is also supplied. Bedside reading lights are conveniently positioned above the bed and can be angled to shine inside or outside the van.
A comfortable sofa area, that also doubles up as 6ft long single bed, It can also be used to transport surf boards and ski equipment with access from the rear.
A hand crafted dressing table with storage underneath (large enough for hand lugage size case) and storage jars fitted under the oak shelf to keep your space organised. A porthole feature gives this space extra hugge.
There is a good size wardrobe for hanging your clothes, 2 deep soft close draws under the bed, and a wall unit for extra storage. You also have hidden shoe storage under the rear passenger seats.
There is also loads of storage space under the bed for your cases and other bulky items. Sensor lights automatically come on when opening the rear doors.

The van is well insulated throughout with heating for your comfort.
There is an opening roof light ideal for ventilation on hot evenings, or star gazing on dark nights.

All electrics are run from 2 x 100ah AMG 12v leisure batteries that are charged by the engine and 2 x large100w monocrystalline solar panels and a Victron Energy MPPT controller for total off grid.
The solar panels and battery state can be monitored and controlled via an app installed on the tablet supplied, or via your phone.
There is a 1000W pure sine inverter fitted for charging of laptops and running mains power appliances.

The van body type is listed as a minibus. There have been no alterations to the external appearance.
There is no need to alter this unless you alter the external appearance.
This conversion meets all DVLA internal features required for a campervan.
You will receive a letter stating Motor caravan refused on external appearance only.
If you add an awning and decals ( stickers) to make it look like a campervan you will get motor caravan approved. This is not a requirement and does not effect your insurance for many insurance companies.
I can recommend an insurance company to you.
The current gross weight can be downgraded to 3,500 although not yet weighed previous vans I have converted of this exact model have all been weighed within the weight requirements.
