Renault Master Luton
We purchased this vehicle with the intention to fit out and go travelling for two years across Europe, however along the way my partner became pregnant and now we are expecting our first child in December, thus our plans have changed and our beautiful Tiny Home must be rehoused with a new owner to enjoy and take care of!
The van is a 2019 Renault Master Luton Business model. She drives beautifully and has had a full professional service, Renault inspection and will come with a fresh 12 months MOT.
She has a brand new starter battery, all new filters, new oil and runs impeccably.

– Thatcham 1 factory fitted Alarm/immobiliser
– 24 hour tracker
– Hands free digital/Bluetooth stereo
– Brand new starter battery

– Electric Mirrors
– Reverse camera
– 2.5l Turbo Diesel
– Central locking
– 2 keys/alarm fobs
– ULEZ Compliant
The bodywork is in great condition with a couple of tiny dinks.
Although this is a Luton, you would be easily forgiven for thinking it is a normal panel van, she drives so nimble and although you are carrying a fully fitted tiny home behind you she is still pokey and has no problem with hills or getting up to speed!
The van has a factory fitted speed limiter and so she has never exceeded 70 mph!
We initially purchased this vehicle for myself and my partner to live in as we were planning on going on an 18 month work/live adventure across Europe, however a few months into the build we became pregnant with our first child and so, sadly and with a heavy heart we have to sell on our pride and joy!
The van is completely off grid, and it was fitted out to feel as homely as possible. I am a professional carpenter with over 25 years experience and I have put my heart and soul into what has became a labour of love.
She has been meticulously designed, with the foresight of sharing a space, long-term. The van is fully insulated with a mixture of 4” and 2” Kingspan insulation, which has created an amazing warmth during the cold days but keeps it really quite cool when the sun is out!
There is a fixed shower with perfect water pressure, both hot and cold, which makes you feel like you could easily be in your home bathroom. Inside the bathroom is a compost toilet and 12V extractor to keep the steam (and any smelly’s) to a minimum.
The van has the luxury of a fully-fitted kitchen with beautiful Oak worktop and stunning black sink with matching Shower-tap, that reaches outside the kitchen window if you want a hot shower spray outside. There is also a cold shower fitted to the outside of the van.
The kitchen has a brand new 12v fridge freezer, gas oven and double gas hob. There is 240v sockets, 12v sockets and a ceramic tile backsplash.
Moving on to the sitting area, there is a beautiful, handmade Oak dining/work table, which folds neatly away. To offer an abundance of space. Both my partner and I are regular Yoga practitioners and wanted a space to exercise inside for the rainy days, the space this van offers is amazing and can not be truly appreciated unless experienced in person, this is my second conversion and I am very proud of just how much openness there is, with ceilings 8 FEET high!!
Above the dining table there is a stunning backsplash/feature made with handmade Moroccan tiles. We wanted to create a feeling of warmth and we believe we accomplished this with these stunning tiles, that also add as a protective layer if there is a dinner party taking place!! The sitting area also has 240 & 12v sockets installed for computers/phones etc.
The seating area quickly converts into an extra bed space that would easily provide accommodation of up to 2 children.
Just past the sitting area is a raised, fixed double bed. I am 6ft 4” and this bed is absolutely perfect for me! It’s just like home, yet it comes with an amazing vantage point from the raised window that can be seen from the rear of the van. It truly is magical to wake up and be able to look out over a field or the ocean you have backed up to the night before!
The bedroom area is lined with a soft, warm carpet on the walls that makes you feel so cozy, curtains give both privacy and keeps the bed area nice and warm at night time! There is a reading light, 12v socket and a digital television for your convenience.
Although the table offers easy access to the bedroom, it wasn’t initially designed for this, and so there is also a refurbished, lightweight ladder that makes access easy for anyone, even a 7 & 1/2 month pregnant lady!
On the roof there are 2 x 320 watt Renogy solar panels, that feed into the Renogy MPPT, and onto the 2 x 100 A/H Lithium batteries. There is a 3000 Watt 240v Renogy inverter, and a Renogy DC to DC charger and a Renogy 240v mains charger, all monitored by the latest Renogy One device, and the Renogy APP. This van should ALWAYS have more than enough power, even in the middle of a British winter!
The van is so well insulated it needs minimal heating, as it really does hold the temperature, the heating is up and running within minutes from the remotely controlled Maxpeeding diesel heater. This system works in collaboration with the groundbreaking Bobil vans, Hybrid water heater. The water heater can be switched to run directly from the stored power source, or it is powered by ANY additional electric created by both the solar panels and the DC to DC charger. This means after a decent drive, when arriving at your destination you should have a good 10 litres of piping hot water! The Bobil system also has a radiator mechanism that heats from the Diesel heater, giving you a full tank of hot water in about 35 mins. We have ran this a few times and both had lovely hot showers for about 3-4 minutes each!
The living area is finished in beautiful Slipper Satin Farrow & Ball paint, and beautiful Oak trimmings! We intended to make this van our home and so we have tried to keep it as close to a home as possible. There is an abundance of storage, low level drawers, a full height shelving unit, high level units, a huge storage above the cab and a massive garage area! We have deliberately left additional space in the living area for the new owner to add what most suits their needs.
There is access to the cab from the living area and even being a big daddy long-legs I can scramble through on those mornings when you just don’t want to step outside! However if you do want to go outside there is a huge, 3m Thule awning that is out in minutes, as well as an outside shower and lighting!
All in all, this is a stunning vehicle, it truly is one of a kind, a real Tiny home on wheels and we are gutted that we have to let her go, however our first child is seemingly more important than our adventures to far away lands! This van has been built with the love and passion and we truly hope she goes on to make someone’s life very special.
Like all self build vans, it’s often hard to find a true value, but we are now at a point where we have priced to sell, the money we have invested and the man-hours given will not be covered by the price we are selling at, and so, please only serious offers. For anyone who knows anything about vans, it’s easily recognised that this van will be capable of fetching more that our asking price come the start of the next Camper season, and so, not only are you buying a beautiful piece of art, and a home, fully fitted and ready to go, but also an investment that will most likely return a profit in 6 months if you so wished!
Please feel free to reach out if you wish to know more!
There is a fixed double bed which is 6ft 6’ long! (200 x 120 CM)
The seating area also converts into a decent size bed that can easily fit up to 2 children.
