We purchased and converted this van in 2019, and have looked after it with love and care ever since. It has been mechanically sound throughout our ownership and travels.
There are some age related marks on the bodywork, but nothing to concern the MOT testers who recently passed Bumble for another year on the road with only two minor advisories (MOT till March 2026).
The underside has been fully sealed with Waxoyl and the conversion is fitted with a vapour barrier inside the walls to prevent unnecessary bodywork rust. She recently had a service and both the vehicle engine batteries have been replaced.
Bumble is a vibrant yellow ford transit off-grid self-built camper, who has taken us on many amazing adventures, from the Italian Dolomites to the Scottish Hebrides. We are unfortunately having to sell her now due to our family growing and we’ve decided it’s time for someone new to enjoy what she has to offer.
The conversion is fully insulated, keeping us warm in the colder months and cool in the warmer ones. There is an opening side window with roller blind and a roof vent with a mosquito-net/blackout blind. The bulkhead has been removed and replaced with a curtain, and we have two sets of insulating cab blinds (interior/exterior depending on preference).

Double passenger seat swivels into the central area of the van, which can be fitted with the removable rotating table for any number of seating arrangements. Comfortably seats 4 for socialising.
1x full size adult double bed (135cm x 190cm), which can made in minutes thanks to the slide-out mechanism and bedding roll set-up.
1x large child / small adult bed across the front cab seats, made to measure. Approx 170cm long.
There is also a “tea-tray” cot bed included for an infant, which can be fitted over the main double bed for adventuring with a really little one.
