Camper van conversion re sprayed and reconditioned engine.

Full respray less than a year ago. The underside has been sanded back and coated with Schultz black bitumen based vehicle coating and under seal. Cost £3300.00

Fully refurbished engine installed only 6500 miles ago. Cost £2700.00 Oil and filter change was carried out after 500 miles and has had a full service and mot on 22nd April 2022 6000 miles after first oil change.
The refurbished engine is from a company called transit tech in Hull, you can check their website to see the standard to which they refurbish engines. I have copied and pasted the engine description from them at the bottom of this advert, so you know what they have done. Some of the engine auxiliary parts are from the original engine but are all working fine. When the garage installed the engine they sent off the engine valves to be tested and I asked them to inspect the clutch when they had it off and it has plenty of miles left on it and is in good condition. The alternator and alternator belt was replaced a couple of weeks ago. When the engine was replaced the cooling system was flushed through and the radiator was replace with a new one. The brake master cylinder was replaced along with one of the front brake lines a couple of months ago.

I have converted the van myself. I am qualified gas engineer with 16 years experience within the construction industry and have a vast experience covering all trades, so the van is finished to a high standard with a lot of attention to detail.

The back of the van is full lined and insulated with foil bubble wrap and Acoustic mineral wool I have also installed a vapour barrier.
Two ring gas hob.
Gas bottle installed to gas safe leisure vehicle regulations in a gas locker with floor vent and soldered copper pipe work.
Stainless steel sink with clean and waste water tanks with water pump and copper tap.
Brand new 140AH leisure battery with voltage sensing split charge relay and mains hook up with sockets and a battery charger.
Brand new 240 Watt solar panels and control unit.
600watt inverter.
Over £1500.00 spent on the sound system with pioneer head unit and JL audio amp, sub and component speakers in the cab, high quality Hertz 6×9 speakers in the back. Bass knob for the sub on the dash. A very nice sounding sound system.
3 way large chest type fridge.
3/4 size rock and roll bed.
Inset oak chopping board which sits in the sink to give extra work surface space.
