Recently completed conversion which sleeps three people, fixed double bed for convenience and good sized single bed which easily converts from seating area. Kitchen area has hard wood worktops, with Belfast sink and three ringed gas hob. Gas is supplied by a 4.5 kg bottle stored in a gas locker and fitted with a vent in the floor. There is a carbon monoxide detector and fire alarm and extinguisher. Lots of cupboards, drawers and shelves. 50 litre low consumption fridge freezer. There are two good sized comfy seats with a pull out oak dining table and two large drawers under the bed. Also storage under the seats and another large shelf overhead. There is also a large storage area over the bulk head and a large storage area accessed from the rear of the vehicle which is great for wet weather gear and outside tables/chairs etc. There are two tinted windows one with an opener both fitted with black out blinds and also a port-hole window into the cab also with a black out blind. There is a portable toilet stored under the seating area which slides out for easy use and is accessible even when the single bed is in use. There is a cold water shower hose at the van entrance for external use for washing yourself/boots/muddy dogs. The van is warmed by a remote controlled diesel heater which is fed from the van’s fuel tank. The temperature can be set to suit your needs. The van has been fully insulated with cellotex and rockwool and a foil vapor barrier which keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is a 75 litre fresh water tank fitted under the van and a 45 litre gray water tank inside the van which is drained from a tap outside the van. A display inside shows the water level in both tanks. Power is supplied from 450 watts solar array and stored in 3 x 130 amp/h deep cycle leisure batteries to provide plenty of off grid power. For your off-grid 240v there is a full sine way inverter 1500w/3000w. There is also a mains hook-up with lead. There is a display to show the current battery voltage which has USB sockets also. Leisure batteries are also charged when the van engine is running via a sterling battery to battery charger. Air circulation is provided by a Fiama roof light fitted with a blind and there is also a solar powered exhaust fan over the hob. There is a TV with DVD player for when the weather is bad.
