Chassis and engine in good condition. Bodywork in overall good condition with a few areas of rust. This is reflected in the asking price. Habitation area and facilities in good order.
Habitation area is powered by upgraded leisure battery with extended off grid capacity. LED lighting throughout. The battery can power the triple diaphragm water pump (hot and cold), the 12v lighting, , and the water pressure pumps for the sinks (kitchen and bathroom), shower, and toilet flushing mechanisms. The Electrolux RM4200 refrigerator can be powered electrical 12V while the engine is running, or by gas when off grid, or by 230v on hookup. Hot water heating can be powered by gas and 240v also. The shower unit has a modesty panel for easy use.
The two-hob cooker has a grill and oven all powered by propane gas. Two mini gas bottles can be stored safely away in lower cupboard area with ventilation. There is a gas-powered heater blower which may require a service. Heating is usually supplied by included gas filled electric radiator.
The capacity of the fresh water supply is 72.5l and the wastewater tank holds 47.5l.
There are two table sizes with leg fixings for two locations which stow away in cupboard. The passenger seat can swivel round to provide extra habitation seating.
The van comes with a 230v extension cable for onsite hookup. Cutlery and camping crockery supplied. Ditto pots and pans, also gas hob kettle.
There are several storage compartments around the habitation area for clothes, bedding and personal items. There are multiple 230v sockets which work on hookup and USB sockets which can charge devices from the battery.
The habitation unit sleeps 2-3 and is in good condition with comfortable beds and which can be arranged as a double or 2 single beds with overhead shelves for access to personal items. A mini projector screen is included. All panels and the high top are insulated using fibreglass material. Front doors are as standard.
Side windows are tinted, insect nets, and have blackout curtains.
Radio and reversing camera in cockpit. Manually operated side awning. Chocks.
Issues: 12v cigarette lighter needs fixed, a few areas of rust on body work, gas heater in need of service.
