Conversion Description

This stylish, low-mileage camper is thoughtfully designed to be practical and fully off-grid, whilst feeling open, spacious and homely. Full-time van lifer, part-time explorer or rent out, this van, with the option of hook-up and plenty of storage for gear, ticks all the boxes. The addition of All Terrain tyres makes muddy fields and snow a doddle to navigate.
Created to be a functional space, moving around in the van is easy. Essential features are brilliantly designed but easily accessible.
The cab area with overhead storage opens into the comfortable living area fitted with pale sage coloured drawers and cupboards. Whether the van door is open with sun streaming in, or you’re tucked up in a rainstorm with droplets pelting the large window, the comfy sofa is perfect for soaking up the views whilst working, dining or snuggling down with a good book. The passenger seat has been fitted with a swivel mechanism. In good weather, the living space is easily extended by unrolling the large awning.
The kitchen is well equipped and raring to go, with an 80L fridge freezer; two-ring gas hob; Thetford duplex oven and grill; a stainless-steel sink and hot/cold shower/mixer tap. The oak worktop is easily extended by a matching oak Lagun table top and is large enough to whip up a sumptuous feast. The Lagun can also be positioned behind the driver seat to provide a dining table or desk top. There is also ample storage for pots, pans and pantry items in the drawers and overhead cupboard.
The bathroom is very well kitted-out. It has a composting toilet which, when off-grid, is super convenient for environmentally disposing of waste (much more so than a chemical cassette). The toilet unit uses Kilderwick components, with a vent and powered fan that draws any unwanted odours outside! The shower has a hot/cold mixer tap which is great for warming up after a cold swim or getting ready to start the day. The bathroom also has a roof vent, shower caddy for toiletries, and a long mirror on the inside door.
The fixed bed is comfortable and spacious and the windows in the back of the van give you a wonderful feeling of being emersed in nature from under your duvet! Running down the side of the bed are deep lockers with multiple layers of storage, and along one side are three overhead cupboards; the small one containing the fuse box and trip switches for easy access. There is additional storage underneath the bed, and a wardrobe between the living and bathroom spaces, all meaning that it’s easy and convenient to stow things without clutter in your main space.
Finally, underneath the bed platform is a large and roomy ‘garage’ area to store all your essentials, as well as all the non-essential-but-fun adventure gear you want to bring with you. The space comes with two grey stacking boxes which pull out on runners make up the ‘spare’ bed, leaving ample room for all other kinds of leisure and activity items. Open access from living area under the bed provides useful dog bed area.
This van is the product of attention and care; taking me to brilliant places and helping me meet fantastic people all over the UK and Europe . It’s beautifully kitted out and I’m excited to know that it will be having more great times in the hands of its next owner.
