2013 Silver Ford Transit – Ex Painter and Decorator’s van owned from new. This Transit has been very well looked after, with full service history and any work needed carried out during its history. Van comes with an MOT until August ’25 and has had new Front links, bushes and Cam Belt changed at time of MOT this year. Transit comes with CD/Radio, Air con, Heated windscreen and front fogs. Van starts every time and runs how it should, smooth to drive and great to handle. Due to age of the vehicle there are some marks to exterior body work, faint scratches and a few stone chips. No rust to arches which these vans are notorious for, clean underneath also. Both rear and sliding doors come complete with additional security lock with two sets of keys for each. All furniture in the van is built from hard wearing buffalo board, complete with bathroom grade vinyl flooring so you don’t need to worry about those wets boots from your hikes. The rear of the van the “garage space” is finished with hard wearing rubber flooring ideal for your storage of your camping/adventure equipment.
At the front of the living space you will find your Kitchen complete with Oak work top, Smell 9722 double gas hob and sink. There is a submersible 12v water pump for running water and a 10L fresh and grey water tanks housed under the sink. The gas locker under the hob is big enough for a Campingaz 907 (included) Kitchen also comes complete with a 12v JKF50 Fridge Freezer. The front seats also swivel to provide a dining set up complete with a swivel table for use with the front living box space. The front box space houses your toilet (not included) and is big enough to house either your choice of cassette or compost, this space is vented to the outside to ensure no unwanted smells linger in the van. A large opening window is also in place over the kitchen unit to enable ventilation whilst cooking and extraction air. The window and the cab both have black out thermal curtains providing warmth and privacy for the living area. Above the cab is a fully carpeted storage compartment. The rear living space is your bedroom with a fixed small double bed space. Bed Length is 1.74m. This bed comprises of a firm foam mattress on slats providing comfort and important ventilation of mattress. On both the rear living panels and rear doors are bespoke storage solution, where items can be stored, hung and or displayed providing a homely feel. Under the bed is the “garage area” where there ample storage space and both the electric set up and Diesel heater system are stored, with the rear doors open there are also two flip up tables ideal for resting your drink whilst you sit in bed and enjoy your park up views.
