Van is in good overall condition, has only done a handful of miles since its MOT. MOT valid until mid-end September. Will be fully MOT towards the middle of next week. 6 speed manual gearbox works well and pulls in all gears. Clutch, gearbox and engine all good. No unwanted lights on the dash.
2 litre diesel engine in good running order. Serviced this week. New oil, oil filter, air filter and fuel filter. Tyres are in average condition. Brakes and drive shaft boot done for the MOT last time.
Body work is really good for its age. No signs of rust. Few scrapes on the bumpers as you might expect for its age.

The van is insulated with 10mm close cell foam and plastic bottle type insulation.
Floor is covered by grey natural wood Lino.
Anthracite grey 4 way stretch carpet fitted to all ply panels, door cards and metal surfaces for a warming effect.
The 3/4 rock and roll bed has 2 belted seats, Bentley style diamond faux leather covering with the memory foam making for a comfortable ride or sleep. Bed has drop down door to the rear for storage access. Matching seat covers fitted to the cab seats. Sliding door has good quality curtains fitted with black out cab curtains making for a cosy nights sleep. Rear doors have net type storage pockets.
Sky light above the seat/bed to allow air flow, has built in 12v fan.
A grey with black trim full length kitchen/wardrobe unit houses a Dometic (Smev) 8821R sink and hob. Gas is plumbed with a regulator for the camping Gaz 901/907 type bottle (not included). The cold water is fed from a 10 litre water tank containing a submersible pump with a waste tank of the same size.
There is a Subcold Aire30 LED Mini Fridge 30 litre capacity made specifically for hotel rooms and bedrooms, so is quite. Runs off 240v or the inverter.
Small extractor fan above the hob.
12v and 240v electric setup.
12v system. 12v 110ah battery powers 4 LED spot lights, a small extractor fan, fan in the sky light, water pump, the 12v cigar lighter socket, 3x USB sockets and 2x USB-C sockets that are contained in a 12v switch panel.
Battery is housed on a fixed battery tray with strap. 12v cut of switch fitted to disconnect all 12v device from the power source.
Small 650/1000w inverter provides power to the fridge or TVDVD player when hook up not connected.
Split charge relay fitted to charge the battery whilst engine is running.
240v system, external hook up point. 240v consumer unit with RCBO breaker (single power circuit). Single power socket in the wardrobe to connect the 8amp battery charger, single power socket under the sink unit to plug in the fridge. Double socket in black fitted to the on the outside of the wardrobe. Artic blue cable used for all 240v wiring.
Table is stored above the wardrobe with hooks fitted to attach to the rail on the kitchen unit. Folding allows for easy storage.
3/4 Rock and roll bed, approximately the same size as a small double.
