Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

– Professionally converted and registered with the DVLA as a campervan (so cheaper insurance)
– Very Reliable. Run’s well.
– MOT till April 2024 (replaced windscreen and front tyres since advisory on last MOT).
– Engine is diesel, 1.9L – robustly built for longevity as a working van (expected to last easily to 250k miles) Plus Citroen Berlingos are justifiably popular and parts easy and cheap to get.
– Manual transmission.
– Interior van dimensions: Length 4137 mm; Height 1796 mm; Width (excl mirrors) 1725 mm; Width (incl mirrors) 1960 mm; Internal Height 1246 mm; Internal Width 1500 mm.
– Van body paintwork in good nick but has some dents (see pics) plus there are decals from original conversion that have either completely faded or been sprayed over.
– Whole van has been well maintained and I’ve replaced most of the major parts that go since I bought it 6 years ago (almost complete receipts). Most recently new gear cable and gear selector mechanism.
– I have most receipts from service history.

Conversion Description

A dream, cute, highly practical micro-camper for a single travellor (or cosy couple). Perfect to both use it as an economical car to run around in (and easily park) and a fabulous professional camper to enable spur-of-the moment off grid camping or extended adventuring trips with everything easily and smoothly right there. I’ve taken it on 2 extended, wild swimming road trips – in Wales and Spain and find it ideally set-up for both easy outdoor living AND comfotable indoor living when the weather is bad.

FIXED SOFA/ EXTENDING BED MATCHING FRONT SEAT UPHOLSTERY:
– Custom fitted plush upholstery furnishings on front seats (freshly professionally shampooed).
– Custom plush sofa/bed H 300mm x L 1570 (extends to 1970mm – drivers seat folds flat) x W 590mm (could be easily adapted for narrow double – the sofa backrest is correct width to fit).
– Easily accessible under-bed storage in 3 spacious compartments.

BUILT IN KITCHEN:
– Smev 2 gas burners with flush glass lid
– Fitted refillable R907 butane gas cylinder (half full)
– Hard-wearing kitchen worktop.
– Stainless steel sink, good size ( 280x 380 mm) with hand pump tap and bamboo chopping board lid for flush work surface.
– 15L water tank with water-filling port on counter-top.
– Lots of kitchen storage including overhead shelf.

SOLAR POWER & MAINS HOOK-UP
– 100w flexible solar panel connected up to…
– Allpowers 300w Lithium smart battery with 2x AC 3-pin sockets; 3x usb ports; 1x usb-c (solar system worth £350) – Can also be charged from mains and from car battery during journeys, but I’ve found the solar keeps it topped up and I can run a laptop or small fridge for many hours)
– 240v electric hook-up socket for campsite electrics if needed, relevent connector cables and internal 3pin sockets. (I’ve never used – solar system has been adequate for me).
– 2x built-in main lights and string fairy-lights fitted around ceiling.

WINDOWS & SKYLIGHT
– 2 double glazed Seitz side windows: 1 (kitchen side) is top-opening with built in flyscreen and blackout blind.
– Fully opening Seitz skylight with built-in flyscreen and blackout blind (blind has some slight damage but still fully servicable).

LOTS STORAGE
– Large under bed storage area, easily accessible from outside as well as inside.
– 3x kitchen ‘cupboard’ area with open shelving and long over-unit shelf for food storage.
– Large capacity cargo net above driver and passenger seats (I’ve called it my ‘loft’ and ‘wardrobe’ and stored an amazing amount of bedding and clothing)
– Fitted Thule bike rack for 2 bikes (worth £250)
– Integrated roof bars (room for topbox if fitted with cross-ridge bars).
– Tow bar for anything more you need to bring!

EASY OUTDOOR ADAPTATIONS
– Drop down quick-seat for when back doors open.
– 4x home-made integrated drop-down/flip-up tables for outdoor living for when back doors open.

I’ve had it 6 years and totally LOVED it. I’ve added a few adaptations to make it even more practical (popup tables on the back doors and drop-down quick stool seat at the back, plus easier access to underbed storage from inside and out). I’m reluctantly letting it go, but after years of watching youtube van conversions, I’ve now had a bit of a windfall and feel an appetite for a project so I am going to buy and convert a newer (still micro) camper myself.

Beds Description

There is a fixed, professionally plush-upholstered sofa 590mm width x 1570mm length, which extends lengthways into a 1.97m bed (the driver and passenger seat fold flat).
It also has the capacity to extend widthways to 1050mm – the sofa back cushion fits the void. However I removed the original width extending mechanism as it did not operate smoothly and blocked access the the under bed storage areas. A better mechanism could easily be installed and was on my to do list, but I honestly found the sofa width comfortable and adequate to sleep on so never got round to it. The guy I bought it off though said he regularly slept with his wife in that extended width (although I reckon its tight for 2).

Main Bed Length
197cm
