Engine runs like new and will happily sit at Max speed limits on UK roads without fuss. Has great power for overtaking. Engine not even really run in yet.
Safety and Security:
The campervan is of central locking. The living area windows are tinted and each have their own black out curtain. The side window behind the drivers seat can be opened if required.
A Bulldog EM500SS Euroclamp, Thatcham approved, will be supplied with the vehicle along with a locking wheel nut set.
The front windscreen has a press studded black out curtain and the two cab side windows have a magnetic black curtain, giving you the required privacy whether parked up or being lived in.
A warning triangle is supplied, located in the rear storage area.
A KIDDE smoke and carbon monoxide Alarm is situated in the living area above the main sliding door on the right hand side.
Cab:
There is a radio/cd player, fitted as standard.
A single drivers seat, which has a tray underneath and a First Aid kit.
A double passenger seat with two seatbelts, comes with a tray underneath which holds the wheel changing tools and towing eye.
Kitchen:
This has a Dometic HBG2335 model double gas ring hob, set in a solid wood work surface, along with recessed sink with a mixer tap, the sink has its own worktop cover for when not in use. The sink sits above a cupboard, which has a shelf and also the gas supply on/off switch along with “Gasit” meter gauge.
There is a hardwood pack-away dining table, as seen in the photographs. This a a slight ring burn mark, this could be sanded out if required.
There is a Thetford gas oven/grill located directly beneath the gas hob. (this has hardly been used to due cooking being done mainly outside) Above the hob/Oven is a Dometic Roof skylight, which can assist with extra ventilation.
A Dometic CRX Fridge/Freezer is located to the left of the oven/grill. Above which sits the cutlery drawer.
The kitchen work surface has a stainless steel splash back to cover the hob and sink working area. There is also a pull up electrical extension unit, which has two plug sockets and USB sockets.
The alleyway has 3 internal spot lights, with the switch by the main door. The flooring is a grey composite laminate, which is very hard wearing and easily cleaned.
Shower/Toilet.
The shower cubicle size is 835mm x 620mm x 1.82m tall. This has its own separate roof vent and small side window complete with a privacy blind.
The toilet is a Fiamma chemical toilet that can be easily moved and separated. If the rear storage area is not cluttered, the toilet can be pushed back in to this area to allow free use of the shower area.
A separate USB “Colapz” shower is provided along with a collapsable bucket. This can be used as an additional shower, by using the sun/heat to warm the water( Or kettle) in the bucket and then using the USB shower unit.
Storage:
There is an over head cabin storage area, which sits above the drivers and passengers seat.
There are 4 x overhead cupboards, from the bulkhead to the end of the sink.
Under-sink cupboard and shelf.
Under-seat storage in the dining area, measuring 480mm x 1.28m and 480mm x 1m.
Under-seat storage in the rear , underneath the main bed and behind the toilet shower unit. Measuring 530mm x 1.2m
Equipment:
A roof Solar panel provides off grid electricity via 2 x Duracell 100ah leisure batteries.
There is a Power Management System PMS3H Fuze panel, where you can switch off all electricity to the living area, switch between the Leisure batteries or 240v Hook – up power.
There is an onboard Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter 2000w/4000w located under the seating area to the right of the sink unit. In the same cupboard is located the Propex Gas Water heater and Propex Gas Heatsource HS2000 heater. This is also where the 2 x Duracell Leisure batteries are located.
Water is stored on the 75ltr underslung water tank, fillable by the locking cap located by the drivers door. The water is circulated around the campervan by a Fiamma Self Priming Waterpump. Hot water is provided by the Propex Water Heater. Waste water is collected by a waste pipe that drops down on the drivers side of the vehicle and collected in a Fiamma Waste Water carrier. A water indicator light is located next to the main Fuse Board.
Extras:
The campervan is being sold complete with all crockery and cutlery, along with pans for the hob/Oven.
2 x 10m 240v extension cables for hook up.
A 2man tent for extra storage or guests.
2 x sets of Fiamma Vehicle Parking mats, one for each wheel. This aids in the van not sinking into the ground on damp ground.
1 x set of Fiamma Vehicle levelling ramps plus a two way spirit level.
Draper foot pump and Tyre pressure gauge.
Various spare fuses, tools and quick fix accessories.
2 x USB powered Fans, located above the drivers and passenger seats.
Additional Foam mattresses can be supplied if required.
A new 12 month MOT will be provided upon agreed sale.

The van has a Spare wheel and associated tools to conduct a wheel change.
There is a manual Awning attached to the van, located on the left hand side of the campervan.
Main Bed: Large rear main bed can be left made up. Size of two seats L/R of alleyway are 530mm x 1.2m, this gives you a storage area of 1.3m x 1.2m . Bed made down measures 1.2m x 1.83m. This has two individual reading spotlights as well as main alleyway light.
There is a Kuma Cosmos Digital Antenna linked to a Traveller Android Colour TV tucked into a recess alongside two small holding shelves, one of which has a USB charging point. A footstool is provided to assist with getting on and off the bed.
Main seating area: This is the fold down bed mainly used in the dining area of the van and at the main entrance opening. Seating area measures 480mm x 1.6m, 480mm x 1m. This is also the same size as the two permanent under-seat storage areas. The bed when made down measures 1m x 1.77m. Two cushion covers have had remedial sewing work done due to two partial tears when caught by a metal item of clothing. The mattress is the foam seat cushions.
