Conversion Description

“Delta” has been hand built by a Master Craftsman into a stunning 2 Berth campervan
with the ethos of using natural materials where ever possible.
Such as Natural Cotton Canvas to line the ceiling and wall areas.
Extensive use of Oak throughout the build including cabinets, kitchen worktop and dining table.
Birch ply used in the construction of kitchen cabinets, as a lining material and for door panels.
Joinery grade pine used for Kitchen doors and frame.
Stainless steel for various elements of the build.
Flooring in the living area is Marmoleum which is made from Linseeds and rubber matting used elsewhere.
Paints used are Mineral and Clay paint ( Very low VOC ), Blanchon water based oil ( on Oak )
Insulation is 50mm sheep wool throughout
All fabrics are Eco 100 % Cotton
She has been equipped to go off grid also to be pet friendly with a Dog area under the bed.

Kitchen
Cooking appliances are made by ” CAN ” from Italy
Oven Stainless steel LPG Model CU5010 with 12v ignition
Hob Stainless steel LPG two burner Model PC1332
Fridge is 12 volt Vitrifrigo C75L with remote compressor
Stainless steel undermount sink and mixer tap
The kitchen has been designed with slide out cabinets for ease of access all on soft close runners
Frames for cupboard doors slide out fronts constructed with mortice and tenon joints , drawer fronts dovetailed

The double bed measures 1850mm long x 1300mm wide and consists of a made to measure Pocket Sprung mattress resting on a slatted base
to ensure ventilation. Two head board pads upholstered in cotton fabric mounted on a Stainless steel rod.

Toilet
We have incorporated a toilet cubicle with a extractor fan and shelf for toiletries . The fixed toilet is an electric Macerator toilet discharging into a 55 litre Black Holding tank located under the van behind the rear axle, emptied via a slide valve just under the rear bumper.

LPG
Propex 25 litre underslung tank with Level gauge and shut off solenoid located above the sliding door which supplies LPG gas for oven and hob ( Note a Gas safety Cert will be provided with the Camper van )

Water
Consisting of two under slung tanks both 66 litre one fresh water and the other for grey waste.
Fresh water provided via a Aqua 8 pressure pump with an accumulator providing water both hot and cold to the kitchen mixer tap. A safety TMV valve is plumbed into the Hot water system.

Heating / Hot water
Webasto Thermo top C Diesel heater is connected to a Webasto 5.5kw Silencio heat exchanger fan heater, controlled by a Heatmiser thermstat / programmer .
Hot water is provided by a Webasto plate heat exchanger, which can supply continuous hot water.

Electrics
Consisting of a 12 volt leisure battery TN power 230 Ah AGM deep cycle, being charged by-
Two roof mounted Solar panels 185 watts each and from the vehicle alternator/ starting battery all controlled by a REDARC BCDC 1240D dual MPPT and Battery to battery charger regulator.
Also charged from 240 volt Mains Hook up via a Victron Blue Smart 30amp charger.
Lighting consists of Dimatec recessed LED down lighters with touch control, also three reading / night lights.
3 USB sockets, one 240 volt socket connected to the mains hook up located above the kitchen worktop and one 240 volt socket connected to the inverter.

Windows / Roof lights
All the windows are Double glazed Polyvision and manufactured by Polyplastic, two Rooflights have been installed
above the bed is a 400mm x 400mm Maxxair roof light and above the living area a larger 700mm x 500mm Maxxair roof light.
