Vehicle Description

Discreet, refined, 2023/4 conversion of 64,250-mile 3-berth 2018 Peugeot Boxer Professional in Arctic Silver, with shower & toilet plus all the important on-board hab & cab creature comforts that you look for when you’re browsing the camper ads.

New dashboard-mounted switches and pressure gauges for modifiable rear air suspension. The handling, ride-comfort and bump suppression of the camper are all improved with this set-up which I had professionally installed in March 2026. The system is independently adjustable for the nearside and the offside so, regardless of the disposition of the weights of its internal contents, the vehicle can always be levelled for travel and camping.

17β€³ steel rims & chunky off-roaders that have only done around a thousand miles; together with the new air suspension, the higher-profile, thicker rubber has improved both the ride comfort as well the appearance of the van with no perceivable penalty in either MPG or road noise. I would never have anything else on a campervan now.

Pictures speak for themselves.

β€’ As far as a campervan can be, it’s reasonably economical. It’s all dependant on your driving style and the roads that you habitually travel on obviously, but stick to mostly arterial routes in cruise control, in sixth gear, at 55 MPH and, in my experience, it returns around 38-40 MPG, which, although I’ve never actually tried the trip, in theory – with its almost 800-mile range when topped-up – would get you from Paris to Madrid in one tank!
β€’ Looks reassuringly butch on its 17β€³ steels with their knobbly off-roaders
β€’ Well-appointed vehicle and a very comfortable long-distance drive
