DUSK is a Hymer like you’ve never seen before! We’ve owned & built many campervans over the years – but few come close to the pure comfort and functional usability this package offers…
Designed to travel and sleep up to four, DUSK came as standard with the classic over-cab drop down bed in the front (super comfortable) – along with the traverse single bunk beds in the rear (super cosy).
For travelling, the front captain’s chairs are superb on long journeys, with the matching double belted seats behind giving plenty of space and comfort. When parked up, the driver & passenger seats swivel around to give an awesome dining & social space across the gorgeous hand-crafted solid oak live edge table, perfect for puzzles & games!
With an extensive & well-equipped kitchen space, large wardrobe, and full wet room toilet with separate shower cubicle – this camper has everything you need to stay comfortable on long trips away. With plenty of upper cabinets, a large garage space and additional outside lockers – storage in DUSK will not be an issue…
The systems & tech in DUSK have been upgraded all-round with an off-grid Victron Energy powered electrical system + 216Ah Lithium Leisure Battery. The Sony touch screen head unit with Apple Carplay/Android Auto, coupled with Alpine speakers & Subwoofer makes long journeys a pleasure. All kitchen appliances have been replaced and the LPG system upgraded to a refillable bottle set-up from GAS-IT. All lights have been upgraded to LED. DUSK is now state of the art and ready for the road!
The interior has been entirely refreshed & re-modelled, using the already excellent layout – with some clever tweaks to modernise and maximise the living space. The flooring has had a complete facelift with a stunning engineered oak parquet floor. All of the existing cabinetry has been brightened up with Farrow & Ball All White, along with the addition of timber cladding to bring a warmer, more homely feel. The upper cabinet doors have been replaced with handmade rattan shaker doors with cute wooden knobs. To contrast, the existing drawers have had an update with gorgeous leather pulls. Cork inlays in the newly added shelves and drawers complete the stylish new feel. The driver and passenger seats + rear bench seating have been re-conditioned and re-upholstered in a beautiful natural tan vegan faux-leather fabric to compliment and contrast the clean white & oak. The new handmade curtains are a natural, neutral tones in cotton and linen. DUSK is truly transformed!
With a clever re-jig, the kitchen workspace has been extended with the addition of a showstopping solid oak live edge worktop, fitted with a Dometic 2 burner LPG stove top, stainless steel sink with flexible pull-out tap and a Dometic CRE80 compressor Fridge/Freezer. Functional open shelves with cork inlays, a timber clad splashback and magnetic knife rack complete the set up. Budding mobile chefs will find everything they need and more in DUSK’S wonderful new kitchen galley!
To the rear of the vehicle, the already excellent wardrobe has been given a complete re-fit, featuring new shelf cubbies with cork inlays and a half width hanging rail. Both rear bunks have been brightened up with timber cladding and textured wallpaper. A quirky piece of live edge oak acts as the step to access the upper bunk, while doubling as a little seat. The bathroom has been re-modelled with timber cladding, solid oak timber details and a handmade duck board to match, transforming the space to a light and airy luxury wet room! DUSK now ensures that you can travel in luxurious comfort wherever you go!
The exterior has been treated to a full respray with hard wearing textured Raptor paint in unmistakable Nato Grey/Blue, contrasted with black details & wheels. DUSK now no longer looks like every other motorhome on the road – but instead turns heads while driving by as onlookers try to figure out what he is!
With the interior and exterior refresh, the appliances renewed, and the systems upgraded – DUSK is now a unique, beautiful and practical camper – ready to give his new owners many years of adventures & happy memories on the road!
