Ford Transit 2015 plate mk8 L2H2
Diesel Van, 6 gears, bodywork is a little scratched in places, has about 6 months left on its MOT.
Vehicle Comes with:
–Cruise Control
–Air Conditioning
–Bluetooth audio system (and hands free)
–Parking Sensors
–Rear View Camera
I have the receipts from every garage visit it’s had in the time I’ve had the van. Most of the visits are just standard MOT and service each year as you would expect 🙂
This is my second conversion, self build campervan built during lockdown in 2020/2021. This van features something unusual in campervans – space to stand up and move around in! (Also enough space to store two full size bikes, so no need for a bike rack)
Van Includes:
–2 hob stove and small sink (we live on coffee)
–LPG gas heater (plus a set of adapters for refilling the LPG tank in case you travel to Europe)
–Max Air remote control fan (absolute godsend on a hot day)
–USB and 12v Ports in vaguely sensible locations
–Touch activated down lights
–100 Watts of delicious Solar power (and access to the solar charge controller via bluetooth)
–Decent underbed storage – draws for the inside of the van, and a good amount of space for accessing from the back swing doors.
–A very large roof window (honestly I thought I had overdone it initially but the result was so nice I’m glad I tried it!)
–Extendable kitchen countertop
–Security wise I’ve also had extra deadbolts fitted to the sliding door and back doors, and a GPS tracker rigged to the leisure battery that you can put a SIM card in
I assume the main question people will want an answer for – If I love it so much, why am I selling it? The area I live in is very sadly no longer safe for Effie, so I am moving the van on before it gets damaged. We’ve had some great adventures in this van and I’d really like to see it go to a good home.
Any questions please do just in touch!
One fixed double bed going horizontally across the van, memory foam mattress. Might be a bit on the short side for some taller people, but you could always sleep diagonally if you fancy!
Please note: Quirky Campers do not inspect the listings for accuracy or check campervans in person. We have asked sellers to provide evidence of certificates and paperwork however you MUST check yourself that the information provided is present and correct. You will need to exercise the normal due diligence when buying any vehicle.
