We converted the ex Riot van into a camper-van and we reclassified it as a motorhome with the DVLA so road tax is £180 per year.
Converted off-grid living space. It’s made with lightweight furniture board. The windows are tinted, so you’ll have some privacy. There’s also a shower, with a Thetford cassette toilet, a FIAMMA awning, a swivel passage seat, a diesel heater, a Propex storage water heater, a DC compressor fridge/freezer, a gas-it system, 300-watt solar panels, a 240 AH battery, a Thetford cooker with 3 rings, an 80-litre fresh water tank, a 40-litre waste water tank, 2 bench seats that turn into a king-size bed, and a ton of storage, including a double wardrobe, 7 overhead cupboards, and under-bed storage.
