Works carried out Jan 2025 (see photos):

Respray –
1. Both barn door windows removed, repaired areas.
2. All visible rust removed and repaired.
3. Bodywork, masked, prepped and primed (including roof).
4. Full respray in Light Grey.
5. De-masked and all parts removed reinstalled.
6. Barn windows refitted and resealed.

Welding –
1. O/s inner front wheel arch area: Upper wheel arch repaired 170mm x 70mm using 1mm coated steel.
2. N/s inner front wheel arch area:
Upper outrigger cut back and replaced with new 50mm x 25mm rectangle section steel spanning across to both sides of framework for (coach-built) front door assembly.
3. 1mm zinc coated steel used to repair onto upper wheel arch section from the previously mentioned new section approx 170mm x 100mm.
4. 1mm coated steel cut perfectly to fit and used to bridge gap and seal from outer rear of wheel arch onto inner fibreglass of door step. Welded to main frame box-section.
5. Box section for lower front step support repaired with 120mm of 50x50x3 angle.
6. Hole in box section repaired with 3mm steel approx 150mm x 80mm.

Underside of vehicle fully checked over by and confirmed to be sound and in good condition.
