Excellent 2.4 TDCI engine with very little mileage. Previously a council owned minibus and converted in 2021 to a 4 belted and berth campervan. Overall bodywork in decent condition for the age. Few minor scratches and discoloration of the plastic bumpers but nothing major. All original body panels and navy paintwork. Service history is part due to council in house servicing so only proof from 2021. MOT until August 2024.
A light and airy high standard conversion with family in mind. Rear kitchen with plenty of storage both above and beneath. Large worktop space makes cooking in the van a breeze with Maxifan above to keep any unwanted smells or condensation out of the van. Fridge (12v or 24v) and sink with 12v water pump connected to 2 x 10L water tanks below, one waste and one fresh water. Small double bed opposite with easy pullout operation. Toilet with handy box, so not on show when not in use but also doubles up as handy seat. Rail fitted above for hanging longer items.

To enable a totally off grid experience, Underneath is a large cupboard housing all the electrics including 2 leisure batteries, a split charge relay and professionally fitted fuse board, all easy access should you need to get to it. Double swivel seat helping create a dining area complete with removable table and pole. 4th belted seat in the rear which, combined with the double swivel and the removable double pullout bench, creates a large 6ft double bed and ample seating for all the family to eat meals and play games. Full switchboard combines all the switches for the LED touch lights, under cupboard lighting, Planar diesel night heater, fan, water pump and fridge. It also includes 4 USB outputs and an auxiliary power outlet (cigarette lighter), making charging anything at all possible. 3 pin plug sockets available at kitchen worktop (1 double 12v and 1 double 24v) and a 24v double socket including a handy extension cable under the bed with reaches outside, enabling outdoor cooking in the full length Fiamma F45s awning. This awning includes all sides with windows and curtains, doubling the size of the van, all with upgraded pegs for added stability.

2 double pullout beds including 1 adult 6ft double bed and 1 smaller 5.3ft double bed. Memory foam topped cushions to make the beds comfortable, with hand stitched covers. These are easily removable for washing.
