Conversion Description

The time has come to make way for a new project and let someone else enjoy this camper as much as we have. We bought it in Edinburgh in 2019 and converted it over the following year to an off-grid, simple, winterised home on wheels for ski trips, cycling races and holidays. We bought the van with 157k miles on it and we have never had any major mechanical problems and it has not once let us down. We have done annual ski trips to the Alps (-21C but comfortable inside), annual European road trips as well as countless Scottish trips. The van has always been serviced at our trusted local garage and we have never skimped on maintenance or oil change intervals etc. I have just started work as a doctor so don’t have as much time to use it and we are keen to try and convert a smaller van. Mileage might change slightly as we continue to use it occasionally. Age and mileage mean this van will require ongoing maintenance and the van would be sold as seen. However, it drives well and has never let us down. It was weighed at 2700kg post-conversion.

We are hopeful the van will go to someone that will make the most of it. I am happy to answer any questions you have about it. I will also take better photos in due course. Give me a shout and I can send you more photos. We are based in North Fife but spend a lot of time travelling around Scotland so would be happy to meet serious enquiries for a test drive/look around if it suits you. We would be open to offers.
